Abstract: A display driving device capable of performing overdriving compensation for image data using a comparison result between pixel data of a previous sub-pixel and pixel data of a current sub-pixel in units of horizontal lines includes overdriving controller configured to generate overdriving pixel data for a current sub-pixel based on a result of comparison between first pixel data for a previous sub-pixel and second pixel data for the current sub-pixel and a color arrangement pattern of the previous sub-pixel and the current sub-pixel in units of horizontal lines of image data, and a data driver configured to generate a source signal for the current sub-pixel based on one of the second pixel data and the overdriving pixel data to supply the source signal to the current sub-pixel.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a display driving device and a display device including the same, allowing high-speed data communication to be supported by controlling the length of a data packet. The display device may include a timing controller configured to transmit a communication signal, and a source driver connected to the timing controller through a communication link and configured to receive the communication signal.
