    Abstract: A spectrum management system includes circuitry that determines available spectrum for a secondary communication system. The available spectrum is determined based on a disturbance tolerance of a primary communication system that is managed by the spectrum management system and a disturbance tolerance of another primary communication system that is managed by another spectrum management system. The circuitry then causes the setting of a spectrum for the secondary communication system based on the available spectrum and whether or not a spectrum request is received from the secondary communication system.

    Abstract: A radio resource management system and method, the system includes: an acquisition device acquiring a range to be protected of a high priority system and a positioning range of a low priority system based on position information about at least one high priority system and at least one low priority system; a selection device selecting, with regard to the high priority system in at least one high priority system group, a position where a reference generated by a low priority system to the high priority system satisfies a pre-determined condition, for each low priority system within the positioning range thereof, as a reference position of the low priority system based on the range to be protected of the high priority system; and a parameter determination device determining a working parameter of the low priority system for the high priority system based on the reference position of each low priority system.

    Abstract: An electronic device and a user equipment in a wireless communication system and a wireless communication method. The electronic device includes: one or more processing circuits configured to acquire NACK information indicating an information transmission failure between a transmitting end and a receiving end in a wireless communication system and to acquire failure cause information indicating a cause of the information transmission failure, wherein the cause of the information transmission failure is classified as a link quality cause or a non-link quality cause; and when the cause of the information transmission failure is determined to be the non-link quality cause, generating spectrum sensing parameter information to adjust a spectrum sensing parameter at the transmitting end to increase a probability of successful information transmission between the transmitting end and the receiving end.

    Abstract: An electronic device for a multi-antenna communication apparatus includes a processing circuit. The processing circuit is configured to: map a first information bit to a first reconstructed channel in a plurality of reconstructed channels associated with a plurality of antennas of a multi-antenna communication apparatus; and provide a reconstruction parameter corresponding to the first reconstructed channel, so as to reconstruct an actual channel from the multi-antenna communication apparatus to a peer communication apparatus to bear the first information bit, wherein the plurality of reconstructed channels are determined by configuring, based on a plurality of groups of reconstruction parameters, the plurality of antennas of the multi-antenna communication apparatus, so that the plurality of reconstructed channels have a low correlation with each other.
