Abstract: A device includes a transmitting unit configured to transmit a first allocation signal synthesized by use of the superimposed coding to plenty of user equipment at least including a first and a second user equipment, and the first allocation signal at least including a first power signal part for the first user equipment and a second power signal part for the second user equipment; a receiving unit that receives at least a feedback retransmission request from the first and the second user equipment; and a processing unit that processes the first and the second power signal parts with a preset processing coefficient to obtain a second allocation signal in response to the retransmission request.

Abstract: A frequency spectrum management device includes a processing circuit and is configured so that: a first subsystem manages the frequency spectrum management device, an allocation coefficient between other subsystems and the first subsystem is determined on the basis of the distances from the first subsystem and the other subsystems to a main system, the allocation coefficient expresses the degree of interference of aggregated interference that the other subsystems and the first subsystem produce with respect to the main system; and a frequency spectrum resource is allocated to the first subsystem on the basis of the allocation coefficient. The use of the frequency spectrum management device, the electronic device, and the method executed thereby of the present disclosure increases the degree of rationality of frequency spectrum resource allocation for the subsystems.

Abstract: An apparatus and method in a wireless communication system. The apparatus includes a dynamic network planning trigger unit and a master user equipment selecting unit. The dynamic network planning trigger unit triggers, based on a predetermined trigger event, a dynamic network planning in an area managed by the apparatus. The dynamic network planning includes selection of a master user equipment used for device-to-device communication, and the master user equipment receives signals from a base station during the device-to-device communication process and relays signals between the base station and a slave user equipment. The master user equipment selecting unit selects, from user equipment in the area according to quality of channels between the user equipment and the base station, one or more user equipment as master user equipment, distances between the master user equipment being greater than the intervals.
