Abstract: The present disclosure provides a new radio base station for a mobile telecommunications system. The new radio base station has a circuitry configured to communicate with at least one user equipment and at least one LTE base station and to establish a new radio cell. The circuitry is further configured to transmit a time division duplexing configuration of the new radio cell to the LTE base station for identifying, based on the received time division duplexing configuration, a coexistence and intermodulation influence on an LTE receiver of the at least one user equipment.

Abstract: A terminal device and a method of operating a terminal device in a wireless communication network. The method comprises establishing, by the terminal device, a first radio connection with a first network access node for transmission of data via a first bearer and a second radio connection with the first network access node for transmission of data via a second bearer. Based on a difference between quality of service for the data transmission via the first bearer and the second bearer, a third radio connection is established between the terminal device and a second network access node for transmission of the data via the first bearer; and the third radio connection is established between the terminal device and the second network access node, a fourth radio connection is established between the terminal device and the second network access node for transmission of the data via the second bearer.

Abstract: A terminal device configured to receive a radio signal from which measurements can be used to assist in determining a position of the terminal device. The terminal device detects one or more system information blocks carrying position assistance information transmitted from the infrastructure equipment and estimates the position of the terminal device by combining the identified position assistance information with the radio signal received by the position detection receiver circuitry. Furthermore the terminal device receives from the infrastructure equipment an indication of relative risk that the position assistance information will change, and in response to the indication of the relative risk that the position assistance information will change to adapt the receiving of the one or more system information blocks to receive an updated version of the position assistance information in accordance with the relative risk.

Abstract: An infrastructure equipment that transmits a radio network identifier to a communications device for identifying the communications device when allocating communications resources of the wireless access interface for transmitting downlink data to the communications device. Abstract: A method of communicating data between a radio network infrastructure and a terminal device in a wireless telecommunications network. The method comprises establishing at a radio network infrastructure element there is data available for communication between the radio network infrastructure and the terminal device and transmitting a paging message for the terminal device from the radio network infrastructure element. The paging message comprises an indication of an identifier for the terminal device and an indication of a network allocated resource for use in subsequently communicating the data between the radio network infrastructure element and the terminal device. In response to receiving the paging message the terminal device transmits to the radio network infrastructure element a paging response indicating the terminal device received the paging message, after which the data is communicated between the radio network infrastructure element and the terminal device using the network allocated resource.
