Abstract: Provided is a bridge cascade system, which includes at least one phase unit and a driving unit for the phase unit. The phase unit includes N bridge topologies cascaded on alternating current AC sides. The driving unit includes one driving power supply circuit, multiple bootstrap power supply circuits and 2N driving circuits. In the phase unit, the driving circuits are powered by the driving power supply circuit directly or through corresponding bootstrap power supply circuits. The driving circuits are configured to provide driving signals for corresponding switch transistors in the phase unit. In this way, one driving power supply is matched with multiple bootstrap power supply circuits, realizing power supply to the driving circuits corresponding to the switch transistors of all bridge topologies, which reduces the difficulty in designing the driving power supply for the bridge cascade system and reduces cost for the system.

Abstract: A medium and high voltage energy conversion system is provided. An input terminal of each of high-voltage isolated DC/DC converters in a phase circuit of the system is connected to a common DC bus. Each of the high-voltage isolated DC/DC converters converts, based on an open-loop control strategy or a closed-loop control strategy, a DC input voltage of a cascade module connected to the high-voltage isolated DC/DC converter into an instruction value related to a voltage of the common DC bus. A system controller of the system calculates, based on at least a voltage-current double loop control strategy, a three-phase modulation instruction to be sent to the cascade modules in three phases according to a parameter related to the voltage of the common DC bus, to implement grid-connected control on three phase circuits.

Abstract: A cascaded multi-port converter and a three-phase medium-voltage input system. Input ends of all high-voltage conversion units are cascaded between two ports of an input end of the cascaded multi-port converter. A primary winding of a multi-winding transformer is connected to an output end of a corresponding high-voltage conversion unit, and a secondary winding of the multi-winding transformer is connected to an input end of a corresponding low-voltage rectifier unit. Output ends of some of the low-voltage rectifier units are connected to each other through a bus, and the remaining low-voltage rectifier units outputs independently, such that at least one secondary winding in each multi-winding transformer is indirectly connected to the bus, and at least one multi-winding transformer is provided with at least one secondary winding that independently outputs. Therefore, power balance between various modular units is achieved, and the security of the cascaded multi-port converter is improved.

Abstract: An isolated bidirectional converter and a method for controlling the same are provided. A primary winding or a secondary winding of a transformer module in the isolated bidirectional converter is connected in parallel with a first branch includes a first inductor and a first current sensor that arc connected in series, A current flowing through the first inductor is acquired by the first current sensor, and is proportional to a current flowing through a magnetizing inductor of the winding. Therefore, the current is controlled by modifying a duty cycle of a switch transistor on a bridge arm in the circuit, so that a. direct current component of a current flowing through the winding is modified indirectly, thereby avoiding magnetic bias on the magnetizing to inductor of the transformer module, and preventing the transformer module from being saturated.

Abstract: A transformer and a transformer machining process, including two coil units arranged side-by-side, each unit including an inner coil and an outer coil sleeved on the outside of the inner coil, an outer coil semi-conductive layer being wrapped on the outside of the outer coil and an inner coil semi-conductive layer being wrapped on the outside of the inner coil, and an insulating layer being integrally cast with the coil unit. In the transformer provided by the present application, the arrangement of the outer coil semi-conductive layer and the inner coil semi-conductive layer can effectively improve the problem of excessive local field strength caused by an irregular coil structure and solve the issue of wire package cracking caused by steel material generating heat in a pouring body; thus, the transformer has improved safety.
