    摘要: The present invention provides a transformer, which is applied to the technical field of power transmission and distribution, the transformer comprising an iron core, body windings, and a semi-conductive layer, the body windings being sleeved on a core post of the iron core, and the semi-conductive layer being correspondingly provided with the body windings. Auxiliary circuits are connected to the body windings, the auxiliary circuits and preset positions of the body windings have equal potentials, and an equipotential connection point of the semi-conductive layer is provided by the auxiliary circuits. After the semi-conductive layer is connected to the auxiliary circuits, the effect of balancing the electric field distribution of a winding can be achieved. In the transformer provided in the present invention, an equipotential connection point having an equal potential with the preset positions of the body windings of the transformer is provided by means of the auxiliary circuits, and the semi-conductive layer is directly connected to the equipotential connection point, thereby achieving set effects of the semi-conductive layer, that is, improving the electric field distribution of windings, and improving the high-voltage insulation performance of the transformer without damaging the insulation between litz wire strands.

    摘要: A two-stage converter, a method for starting the two-stage converter, an LLC converter, and an application system are provided. A controller of the LLC converter of the two-stage converter first controls a main circuit of the LLC converter to perform hiccup charging on a direct current bus of a later-stage converter at a preset interval, so that the direct current bus voltage of the later-stage converter gradually increases, until an auxiliary power supply of the later-stage converter starts to operate, to supply power to the controller of the later-stage converter. After the controller of the later-stage converter reports the detected direct current bus voltage, the controller of the LLC converter determines whether the output voltage of the LLC converter increases to a hiccup starting voltage. If so, the controller of the LLC converter controls the main circuit to operate in a hiccup voltage stabilization phase.

Voltage allocation among N first switches is achieved by connecting N voltage dividing modules, sequentially connected in series, in parallel with the N first voltage switches, respectively. Thereby, a voltage across each of the N first switches is within a safety range. Even if an input voltage is high and a voltage across a flying capacitor is zero at an instant of being powered, it is prevented that a second one to an N-th one of the N first switches break down due to overvoltage.

    摘要: An energy conversion system, and a method and a device for controlling the energy conversion system at an overtemperature are provided. The energy conversion system includes at least one power conversion circuit each including at least two power modules that are cascaded. Respective operating temperatures of all the power modules are measured in real time, to determine the overheated power module that is operating at an overtemperature and the underheated power module that is operating at a normal temperature. Once an overheated power module is detected, a decreased power and a power difference for the overheated power module are acquired, and an increased power for the underheated power module is determined based on the power difference. The operating power of the overheated power module is decreased at the module level with the total operating power of the system remains constant or approximately constant.

    摘要: An isolated bidirectional converter and a method for controlling the same are provided. A primary winding or a secondary winding of a transformer module in the isolated bidirectional converter is connected in parallel with a first branch includes a first inductor and a first current sensor that are connected in series. A current flowing through the first inductor is acquired by the first current sensor, and is proportional to a current flowing through a magnetizing inductor of the winding. Therefore, the current is controlled by modifying a duty cycle of a switch transistor on a bridge arm in the circuit, so that a direct current component of a current flowing through the winding is modified indirectly, thereby avoiding magnetic bias on the magnetizing inductor of the transformer module, and preventing the transformer module from being saturated.

It is prevented that the second one to the N-th one of the first switches break down and fail due to overvoltage. By arranging an (i−1)-th clamp branch at a common node between an (i−1)-th second switch and an i-th second switch, a voltage bore by the i-th second switch is clamped at a difference between a voltage across the fourth branch (namely, an output voltage of the multi-level boost apparatus) and a voltage across the corresponding clamp branch. The risk is avoided that a second one to the N-th one of the second switches break down due to overvoltage at an instant of being powered, in a case that the input voltage is low.
