    摘要: A totem-pole PFC circuit and a control method thereof are provided. The circuit includes an AC power source, first and second bridge arms and a controller. The first bridge arm includes first and second switches electrically connected in series with a connection node electrically connected to a first terminal of the AC power source. The second bridge arm includes third and fourth switches electrically connected in series with a connection node electrically connected to a second terminal of the AC power source. When a potential at the first terminal is higher than a potential at the second terminal, the controller turns off the fourth switch if the L-phase voltage is lower than a first threshold voltage. When the potential at the first terminal is lower than the potential at the second terminal, the controller turns off the third switch if the L-phase voltage is higher than a second threshold voltage.

    摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for controlling a converter and a converter system. The method includes obtaining voltage signals indicating phase voltages of three phases at AC side of a converter, determining, based on the voltage signals, carrier signals of a three-phase switching branches of the converter, wherein carrier signals of two of three phases have the same phase with each other and have a different phase from a carrier signal of the rest phase of the three phases, and magnitude of a phase voltage of the rest phase is between the phase voltages of the two phases, and generating, based on the determined carrier signals and modulation wave signals of the three-phase switching branches, control signals of the three-phase switching branch.

The control circuit may be configured to control the controllably conductive device to be non-conductive at the beginning of each half-cycle of the AC power source and to render the controllably conductive device conductive at a firing time during each half-cycle (e.g., using a forward phase-control dimming technique). The overcurrent protection circuit may be configured to render the controllably conductive device non-conductive in the event of an overcurrent condition in the controllably conductive device. The overcurrent protection circuit may be disabled when the controllably conductive device is non-conductive and enabled after the firing time when the controllably conductive device is rendered conductive during each half-cycle.
