Abstract: Disclosed are a continuous rolling device and method with interfacial temperature-force controllability for a seamless metal cladding pipe. The device comprises a multi-roller skew rolling mill set, an interfacial temperature-force controlled rolling mill set and a sizing and finishing mill set sequentially distributed along a rolling axis; and the interfacial temperature-force controlled rolling mill set comprises an interface temperature control module and an interface pressure control module sequentially distributed along the rolling axis, the interface pressure control module comprises two racks and a plurality of controlled rolling rollers circumferentially and evenly distributed along the rolling axis, two ends of the controlled rolling roller are respectively mounted on the two racks through corresponding screwdown apparatuses, and the interface pressure control module realizes passive driving through a spiral pushing force or a traction force.

Abstract: An asynchronous rolling mill with a super large diameter ratio comprises a rolling mill stand, a press-down device, a balancing device, an upper roll system, and an arc-shaped plate device. The arc-shaped plate device comprises an arc-shaped plate, the arc-shaped plate is arranged opposite to the upper roll, and the arc-shaped plate and the upper roll are cooperated to roll strips. The present disclosure also provides a method for rolling a strip using an asynchronous rolling mill with a super large diameter ratio. The asynchronous rolling mill can roll with super large diameter ratio and different speeds, and has a large angle to engage, thereby reducing the external friction force of a workpiece and improving strip forming quality.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a pulse current assisted uncanned rolling method for titanium-TiAl composite plates, including the following specific steps: 1. preparing titanium alloy sheets; 2. preparing TiAl alloy sheets; 3. uncanned lay-up; 4. pulse current assisted hot-rolling; 5. separation and subsequent processing, thus getting the titanium-TiAl composite plates. The composite plates are of good quality on the surface without oxide layer shedding, no cracks at the edges and the ends, with uniform and fine microstructures, good bonding interface and excellent mechanical properties.

Abstract: A semi-automatic adjustment device for suppressing tension fluctuations during a rolling process of an ultra-thin strip includes a semi-automatic tension regulator, a semi-automatic tuned mass damper of variable stiffness and damping, a coiler, a tension roller and a twenty-high roller system. The semi-automatic adjustment device can be used to reduce a short-time fluctuation impact of tension during startup and shutdown of a twenty-high roll mill when the twenty-high rolling mill rolls an ultra-thin strip, improve system stability, absorb the continuous micro disturbances generated during the rolling process of the twenty-high roll mill, and achieve flexible and stable adjustment of tension during the rolling process.

Abstract: A single-side tower-type roller system based asynchronous rolling mill for rolling an ultra-thin composite strip and a hydraulic system therefor are provided. The mill includes a machine frame and reel assemblies. An upper roller system assembly and a lower roller system assembly are arranged in the machine frame. A down-pressing assembly is arranged on the machine frame and used to adjust a roll gap between the upper roller system assembly and the lower roller system assembly. A support roller balance assembly is arranged on the machine frame and used to support and balance the upper roller system assembly. Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of fabricating a metal composite strip, and specifically relates to a method for differential temperature rolling of composite strips based on actions of a friction roller and a device thereof. A method for differential temperature rolling of composite strips based on actions of a friction roller comprises steps of: S1: preparing a metal strip to be bonded, and performing surface treatment on the metal strip to be bonded; S2: frictionally heating the metal strip to be bonded by several sets of friction roller heating devices; measuring a surface temperature of the friction-heated metal strip to be bonded strip by a temperature detector; according to a measured temperature, adjusting a rotation speed of the friction roller in the friction roller heating devices; and S3: transporting the heated metal strip to be bonded to a rolling mill for rolling to obtain a metal composite strip. The invention adopts the friction roller heating devices in rolling process of the metal strip to be bonded, utilizes the friction heat generation effect of the high-speed rotating friction roller and the metal strip to be bonded, and generates different heat in the dissimilar metals by adjusting the speed of the friction roller, thereby generating different temperature rise to realize different temperature rolling of the metal composite strips.
