    Abstract: Disclosed herein is an antenna module that includes a circuit layer having a filter circuit, an antenna layer having a radiation conductor, a wiring layer having a connection wiring, a first ground pattern provided on a surface of the circuit layer, a second ground pattern provided between the circuit layer and the wiring layer, a third ground pattern provided between the wiring layer and the antenna layer, and a signal terminal provided on the surface of the circuit layer where the first ground pattern is cut away. The clearance region is located so as not to overlap the filter circuit as viewed in a lamination direction. The signal terminal is connected to the filter circuit through a pillar conductor penetrating the circuit layer and the connection wiring. The radiation conductor receives power through a feed pattern connected to the filter circuit.

    Abstract: A dielectric filter includes a plurality of dielectric resonators. The dielectric filter also includes: a plurality of resonator body portions each formed of a first dielectric and respectively corresponding to the plurality of dielectric resonators, the first dielectric having a first relative permittivity; a peripheral dielectric portion formed of a second dielectric and lying around the plurality of resonator body portions, the second dielectric having a second relative permittivity lower than the first relative permittivity; and a shield portion formed of a conductor. Either one of a temperature coefficient of resonant frequency of the first dielectric at 25° C. to 85° C. and a temperature coefficient of resonant frequency of the second dielectric at 25° C. to 85° C. has a positive value and the other has a negative value.

    Abstract: A multilayer electronic component includes a multilayer stack, and a band elimination filter formed using the multilayer stack. The band elimination filter includes a first input/output end, a second input/output end, a connection path connecting the first and second input/output ends, and a resonator coupled to the connection path. The connection path includes an impedance transformer. The resonator includes a first conductor line constituting a first distributed constant line. The impedance transformer includes a second conductor line constituting a second distributed constant line, and a through hole line section connected in series to the second conductor line.

    Abstract: A directional coupler includes: a first to a fourth port; a main line connecting the first and second ports; a first to a fourth subline section electromagnetically coupled to the main line; a first to a third matching section; and a stack. The first subline, first matching, third subline, third matching, fourth subline, second matching, and second subline sections are arranged in this order between the third and fourth port. The first and second matching sections include an inductor connecting two subline sections located on opposite sides of the matching section. Each of one or more conductor layers used to form the inductor includes two connection portions for electrical connection to respective other elements, and a line portion connecting the two connection portions. The inductor excluding the connection portions does not include potions that overlap each other when viewed in the stacking direction of the stack.

    Abstract: A band-pass filter includes first to sixth stage resonators. Each resonator includes a resonator conductor portion formed of a conductor line. The resonator conductor portion has a first end and a second end which are opposite ends of the conductor line. The resonator conductor portion of each of the first and sixth stage resonators includes a narrow portion, a first wide portion located between the narrow portion and the first end, and a second wide portion located between the narrow portion and the second end. Each of the first and sixth stage resonators is lower in unloaded Q than the other resonators.
