Abstract: A soft magnetic alloy including a main component having a compositional formula of (Fe(1−(α+β))X1αX2β)(1−(a+b+c))MaBbPc, and a sub component including at least C, S and Ti, wherein X1 is one or more selected from the group including Co and Ni, X2 is one or more selected from the group including Al, Mn, Ag, Zn, Sn, As, Sb, Bi, and rare earth elements, “M” is one or more selected from the group including Nb, Hf, Zr, Ta, Mo, W, and V, 0.020≤a≤0.14, 0.020≤b≤0.20, 0≤c≤0.040, α≥0, β≥0, and 0≤α+β≤0.50 are satisfied, when entire said soft magnetic alloy is 100 wt %, a content of said C is 0.001 to 0.050 wt %, a content of said S is 0.001 to 0.050 wt %, and a content of said Ti is 0.001 to 0.080 wt %, and when a value obtained by dividing the content of said C by the content of said S is C/S, then C/S satisfies 0.10≤C/S≤10.

Abstract: A soft magnetic alloy includes a main component of Fe. The soft magnetic alloy includes a Fe composition network phase where regions whose Fe content is larger than an average composition of the soft magnetic alloy are linked. The Fe composition network phase contains Fe content maximum points that are locally higher than their surroundings in 400,000/μm3 or more. A ratio of Fe content maximum points whose coordination number is 1 or more and 5 or less is 80% or more and 100% or less with respect to all of the Fe content maximum points.

Abstract: A soft magnetic alloy powder includes a particle body and a surface layer. The particle body comprises a soft magnetic alloy including Fe and Co. The surface layer is located on a surface side of the particle body. The surface layer includes one or more local maximum points of Si concentration and one or more local maximum points of Co concentration. The surface layer satisfies DSi≤DCo, in which DSi is a distance from an interface between the particle body and the surface layer to a first Si local maximum point LSimax, and DCo is a distance from the interface to a first Co local maximum point LComax.
