摘要: In a memory readout circuit, a data register is provided for storing data bits of a word read out of a memory cell array. Connected to the data register is a transfer gate array which is equally divided into groups of first to k-th transfer gates. First to k-th data buffers are connected respectively to the first to k-th transfer gates of different groups. One of the groups of transfer gates is selected and the transfer gates of the selected group transfers first to k-th data bits of unit data from the data register to the first to k-th data buffers, respectively. From the data bits stored in the data buffers, i-th to k-th data bits (where i is in a range from 1 to k) are selected. If i is not equal to k, the stored i-th to (k-1)th data bits are read out of the buffers to an external circuit and the k-th data bit is stored into a latch when the (k-1)th data bit is read out to the output and reads out the k-th data bit from the latch circuit to the external circuit when data bits of subsequent unit data are transferred to the data buffers. If i is equal to k, the k-th data bit is read out of the buffer to the external circuit when data bits of subsequent unit data are transferred to the data buffers.

摘要: An air conditioner for vehicle has a refrigeration cycle with a variable displacement type compressor. A fuel cut control is carried out in response to a vehicle deceleration. In the fuel cut control, the displacement is first increased so that an evaporator performs as a cold storage. Then, if an engine speed is decreased to a certain level, the displacement is decreased to decrease an engine load. The displacement is kept in the decreased level for a predetermined time period or until the end of the fuel cut control. Even when the displacement is decreased, the evaporator can cool air, since the evaporator performs as the cold storage. Further, the time period for keeping the displacement in the decreased level is limited. Therefore, it is possible to prevent an excessive temperature rise and to keep comfortable air conditioning.

摘要: Disclosed is a modified chlorinated polyolefin resin composition, as well as a method for producing the same, which has adhesion to polyolefin substrates without the need of steam-washing or degreasing the polyolefin surface with chlorine-based organic solvents such as trichloroethane, and which is improved in such properties as interlayer adhesion to base-coats and/or top-coats and gasohol resistance. The modified polyolefin resin composition for polyolefin resin paints comprises: a chlorinated polyolefin having an acid value of 1 to 500 mg.multidot.KOH/g, which is obtained by chlorinating a polyolefin modified with one kind, or more than one kind, of compounds selected from a group consisting of .alpha., .beta.-unsaturated carboxylic acids and/or acid anhydrides thereof in a range of 1 to 50% by weight; and a compound and/or a resin thereof having one epoxy group per molecule represented by the structural formula as described in the specification.
