摘要： This invention is to provide a connector for use in connection of a wire harness and the like, a structure of a connector housing and a terminal locking member to be coupled thereto which can prevent the after-removal of a terminal to be inserted into a terminal accommodating chamber provided in the connector housing. According to the present invention, in the inner surface of the side wall of each terminal accommodating chamber provided in a connector housing, there is formed a guide groove which is used to guide the- two outsides of a pair of flexible locking pieces, respectively provided in a terminal locking member.

摘要： In a connector A for a printed circuit board, the printed circuit board 3 is adapted to be held between and connected to a resilient contact piece 5 of each connection terminal 1, received in a terminal receiving chamber 13 of a connector housing 2, and a top plate portion 8 of the connection terminal 1 disposed in opposed relation to the resilient contact piece 5. A guide projection 16 to which the top plate portion 8 is adapted to be fitted is formed on an end wall 14a of the terminal receiving chamber 13 of the connector housing 2. The deformation of connection terminals attached to a connector housing can be prevented, thereby enabling a smooth, positive connection of the printed circuit board.

摘要： A connector comprises a connector housing with a plurality of terminal accommodating chambers and a rear holder which to be inserted into and coupled with a rear end of the connector housing for restricting pulling-up of terminals inserted respectively into the terminal accommodating chambers. A stopper body which is coupled on a rear section of the rear holder through a hinge section and which is interchangeable between a laid-down condition extending along an inserting direction of the rear holder and a standing-up condition which intersects with the laid-down condition is engaged with the rear end of the connector housing in a tentative locking state when the stopper body is biased into the standing-up condition. The stopper body is brought to the laid-down condition in a complete locking state so as to be accommodated within the rear end of the connector housing. A plurality of indication marks are displayed on a rear face of the stopper body when the stopper body is in the standing-up condition to indicate accommodation of the terminals into the respective terminal accommodating chambers.

摘要： A pair of electrical connectors for releasably connecting a first terminal with a second terminal, comprises: a first connector having a first terminal; a second connector having the second terminal; a manual lever having a base end so mounted on the first connector as to be rotatable in a plane parallel to an insertion direction of the first connector into the second connector, and a free end; an engaging arm provided with a base end rotatably mounted on an intermediate portion of the lever and a free end formed into an engaging portion; engaging means including a hook for catching the engaging portion of the arm, an abutting portion on which the engaging portion of the arm abuts, the hook and abutting portion being provided in the second connector as to be releasably engaged with the engaging portion of the arm. In a preferred embodiment, the connectors further include a spring member for biasing these connectors during connection so as to be separated from each other in the insertion direction described above.

摘要： An electrical connector capable of achieving proper positioning and redundant retainment of terminals therein by the single operation of attaching a retaining member. The retaining member has salient portions which extend into chambers holding the terminals. Upon attachment, the retaining member is constrained to move, from a position behind the terminals, in a directin parallel to a longitudinal axis of the chambers. Accordingly, installation of the retaining piece urges the terminals into proper position and engagement with an auxiliary retaining device. In addition, the retaining member can be fixed relative to remaining portions of the connector so as to cause the salient portions thereof that extend into the chambers to provide additional retainment to the terminals.

Through holes are formed in the connector housing in the primary molding step which allow an elastic material to flow therethrough from a seal ring-forming portion on the inner side of the hood portion to an outer side of the hood portion, and which retain part of the seal ring formed at the seal ring-forming portion when the elastic material is cured. An air reservoir portion is formed in a secondary mold, which communicates with outer open ends of the through holes in the connector housing in the secondary molding step.

摘要： A double-lock connector includes a connector housing having terminal receiving chambers, metal terminals for being inserted respectively into the terminal receiving chambers, and a terminal retainer connectable to a rear end portion of the connector housing in a two-stage manner, that is, in a provisionally-connected condition and a completely-connected condition, wherein even when the terminal retainer in the provisionally-connected condition, the metal terminal can be smoothly inserted into the connector housing. The double-lock connector of the present invention includes a connector housing and a terminal retainer for being inserted into the connector housing. The connector housing has a plurality of terminal receiving chambers which are separated from one another by a horizontal partition wall and a vertical partition wall. An elastic retaining piece is provided within each of the terminal receiving chambers. A rearwardly-extending tongue-like terminal guide piece is formed on the horizontal partition wall, separating the upper and lower terminal receiving chambers from each other, and is disposed centrally with the width of each terminal receiving chamber. A front end of the terminal guide piece is extended substantially to an inlet end of the connector housing.

Another connector housing includes an engagement protrusion which is to be engaged in the through-hole to push the protrusion, thereby warping the first spring portion in an anti-forcing direction to be brought into contact with the pair of detection terminals. Thus, connector fitting of one and another connector housings can be surely detected electrically. The fitting detection connector can have a buffer spring member which is arranged between the contact portion and intrusion protrusion of the first spring portion.
