Abstract:
A method for producing a fuse element having a fusible portion and any other portion which are made of different kinds of metal. The method comprises the steps of boring through-hole in a substrate made of first metal, forming an element plate by fusion-bonding a second metal to the through-hole and integrally stamping a pair of substrate portion made of the first metal and a low-melting-point portion made of the second metal. The second metal is made of a metal whose melting point is lower than that of the first metal. Further, the pair of substrate portion is connected together by the low-melting-point portion so that the fuse element is formed.
Abstract:
A housing 3 of a female connector 1 has a receiving space 5 for a slide lock member 15 and a resilient member 17, and this receiving space 5 is provided near to a terminal receiving chamber 7 for receiving a connection terminal. The slide lock member 15 is slidable in a fitting direction, and retains a mating connector, and has a release projection 16 which is pressed when releasing the fitting. The receiving space 5 has an opening 6 through which part of the slide lock member 15 is exposed to the exterior. Half-fitting prevention lock stoppers 8 for limiting the movement of the mating connector are formed respectively at opposed sides of the receiving space 5.
Abstract:
A low inserting force terminal is provided. An elastic contact arm for a male terminal is formed inside the electrical contact unit, and the free edge portion of the elastic contact portion is slidable along the inner wall of the electrical contact unit. An inclined surface which is inclined in the sliding direction of the free edge portion is formed on the inner wall. The free edge portion is situated at the front edge of the inclined surface when the male terminal is in a non-inserted state. A contact surface for preventing excessive displacement of the elastic contact arm is formed at the rear edge of the inclined surface.
Abstract:
A female terminal comprises a square cylindrical electric contact portion having an opening into which a male terminal is inserted, an elastic contact piece housed in the electric contact portion and brought into elastic contact with the inserted male terminal, the elastic contact piece being formed with two side lug portions, and at least one supporting portion formed on at least one of side walls of the electric contact portion for supporting at least one of the lug portions formed in the elastic contact piece. In order to prevent the elastic contact piece from being dislocated from the supporting portion without increasing the external size of the female terminal, the supporting portion is elastically bent around a vertical axis, or around both horizontal and vertical axes, inwardly over the side wall of the electric contact portion.
Abstract:
An inspection method and an inspection apparatus for the component members of the cathode-ray tube are disclosed. An inspection apparatus composed of normal members other than an object of inspection is prepared at the time of inspecting the phosphor screen of the screen panel, the electron gun or the shadow-mask constituting the cathode-ray tube. In advanced to assembling the cathode-ray tube, the object of inspection is mounted on the inspection apparatus, so that the conformance or rejection of the object of inspection is decided from the illuminated condition of the phosphor screen by irradiating electron beams thereon.
Abstract:
A terminal connecting structure securing and retaining a holding tongue of the terminal for connecting at a conductive end portion of the flat circuit body, the terminal connecting structure is provided with a covering plate retaining the terminal, the covering plate includes notched portions for engaging with the holding tongue at end of the flat circuit body.
Abstract:
An electromagnetic display or indicator element comprises a disc having a permanent magnet perpendicular to the disc's rotary axis. The disc is controlled by a single high remanence pole piece which has its forward end transversely (relative to the viewing direction) located relative to the disc to exert the main control on the magnet therein and its rearward end located rearwardly of the center of the disc.
Abstract:
0.2-5% by weight of a succinic acid derivative represented by the formula: ##STR1## is included in the compounding system of a liquid detergent composition containing an anionic surfactant and tertiary amine oxide in combination, but not containing an alkaline builder.Incorporation of such compound improves foamability, detergency and stability at low temperatures of a detergent composition.A liquid detergent composition according to the invention comprises the following ingredients (A), (B) and (C).(A): 10--40% by weight of anionic surface active agent.(B): 0.2--5% by weight of a tertiary amine oxide.(C): 0.2--5% by weight of a specific type of a succinic acid derivative.
Abstract:
A color cathode ray tube comprises a first fluorescent part on a part of an inner surface of a face plate and said first fluorescent part imparting a luminescence of a predetermining reference white color by irradiation of electron beams; a second fluorescent part on the remained part of the face plate and said second fluorescent part imparting red, green and blue fluorescent dots or stripes wherein the first fluorescent part for the reference white color is formed by a mixture or tricolor fluorescent materials for the second fluorescent part or a mixture of tricolor fluorescent materials which imparts a luminous spectrum being similar to that of the tricolor fluorescent materials for the second fluorescent part.
Abstract:
A power-amplifying circuit includes a differential amplifier wherein the base of one of the transistors is supplied with an input signal and the collectors of both transistors are respectively supplied with signals amplified in the non-inverting form and the inverting form, two output transistors carrying out a push-pull operation upon receipt of output signals from both transistors of the differential amplifier, third and fourth transistors for detecting output currents from both transistors of the output transistors, and a circuit for supplying a current corresponding to a product of output currents from the first and second transistors to the differential amplifier through a negative feedback path. A compensation resistor is connected to one of the bases and emitters of the third and fourth transistors to counterbalance a parasitic resistance occurring in the first and second transistors.
