    摘要: A VCO circuit includes a temperature detector circuit, a voltage generator circuit, a switch, a resonance circuit and an oscillator. The temperature detector detects a temperature, and the voltage generator circuit generates a voltage for coarse adjustment corresponding to the detected temperature and outputs the same voltage. The switch selects one of a DC voltage for fine adjustment and the voltage for coarse adjustment. The resonance circuit includes a varactor diode having a capacitance value adjusted based on the voltage selected by the switch, capacitors and an inductor, and has a predetermined resonance frequency. The oscillator generates an oscillation signal having an oscillation frequency corresponding to the resonance frequency by using the resonance circuit and outputs the same signal.

    摘要: A receiving circuit for receiving a high frequency signal is provided which includes a mixer, a local oscillator, a switch circuit, and a controller. The switch circuit switches over between first and second cases. The controller controls in the first case to turn on power supply to the local oscillator, and controls the switch circuit in the first case to output the local oscillation signal outputted from the local oscillator to the mixer, and to output the local oscillation signal through the local oscillation signal output terminal. The controller controls in the second case to turn off power supply to the local oscillator, and controls the switch circuit in the second case to output the local oscillation signal inputted through the local oscillation signal input terminal to the mixer.
