    摘要: A scroll-type compressor comprising mutually mating stationary and movable scrolls for forming a compression chamber. The shell of the compressor comprises a center housing, a front housing, and a rear housing. The stationary scroll is integrally formed with the center housing. The movable scroll is carried by an eccentric shaft portion of a drive shaft which is rotatably supported by the front housing so that the movable scroll can move in an orbit. The rear housing has a first set of bolt holes, and the front housing has a first set of threaded holes for receiving a first set of through bolts which are inserted in the first set of bolt holes from the rear side whereby the center housing is fastened between the front and rear housings by the fastening force of the through bolts.

    摘要: A scroll-type compressor comprising mutually mating stationary and movable scrolls for forming a compression chamber. The shell of the compressor comprises a center housing, a front housing, and a rear housing. The stationary scroll is integrally formed with the center housing. The movable scroll is carried by an eccentric shaft portion of a drive shaft which is rotatably supported by the front housing so that the movable scroll can move in an orbit. The center housing has a first set of bolt holes, and the front housing has a first set of threaded holes, so that a first set of fastening bolts are inserted in the first set of bolt holes from the rear side and screwed into the first set of threaded holes. Also, the rear housing has a second set of bolt holes, and the center housing has a second set of threaded holes, so that a second set of fastening bolts are inserted in the second set of bolt holes from the rear side and screwed into the second set of threaded holes. Thus, the first and second sets of fastening bolts can be inserted in the same direction, and the assembly of the compressor can be facilitated.

The movable scroll engages in an orbital movement for defining a compression chamber with a fixed scroll which is disposed opposite to the movable scroll. The compression chamber decreases in size in accordance with the orbital movement of said movable scroll for compressing gas in the compression chamber. A first ring orbits together with the movable scroll between the movable scroll and the housing, for receiving compressive reaction force acting on the movable scroll. A second ring which is secured to the housing receives the compressive reaction force received by and acting on the ring.

    摘要: Disclosed is a compressor which has a fixed scroll and a movable scroll. Defined between both scrolls is a compression chamber in order to provide compressed gas. A pressure receiving member receives compression reaction force of the compressed gas. A base plate is provided on the movable scroll. A turnable ring is disposed between the pressure receiving member and the base plate. The ring has the first and second surfaces respectively facing the pressure receiving member and the base plate. The first surface of the ring has a plurality of first elements circumferentially spaces and provided at predetermined intervals. A plurality of first recesses are provided in the pressure receiving member, with the first elements fitted into the first recesses respectively. The second surface of the ring has a plurality of second elements circumferentially spaced and provided at predetermined intervals. A plurality of second recesses are provided in the base plate, with the second elements fitted into the second recesses respectively. When the movable scroll revolves, the first and second elements move within the first and second recesses to prevent rotation of the movable scroll and the ring. To transmit the compression reaction force of the gas acting on the movable scroll to the pressure receiving member, the first and second surfaces of the ring are provided with a plurality of projections protruding toward the pressure receiving member and the base plate and having substantially spherical engagement surfaces to engage therewith.

The mold casting process produces a cast product having an end-plate forming portion, a spiral-member-forming portion and a projecting portion for forming a drive power receiving portion. The cast product has an entire outer faces covered with black scale, and the machining process machines the end-plate-forming portion, a spiral member forming portion, the projecting portion by cutting. Nevertheless, at least an outer circumference of the drive power receiving portion, i.e., a boss portion of the movable scroll element is covered with an outermost layer consisting of black scale. Thus, a sufficient mechanical strength of the movable scroll element is obtained even if the wall thickness of the drive power receiving portion, i.e., the boss portion of the movable scroll element, is reduced.

    摘要: A scroll type compressor comprises a fixed scroll having an end plate and a spiral element. The spiral element of the fixed scroll is integrally coupled to the inner wall of a housing. A movable scroll has an end plate and a spiral element, and faces the fixed scroll, with a plurality of fluid pockets formed between the movable scroll and the fixed scroll. When the movable scroll makes an orbital movement around the axis of the rotary shaft, refrigerant gas is led into the fluid pockets from outside the movable scroll. As the fluid pockets move toward the center of the movable scroll the fluid pockets decrease in volume, thereby compressing the refrigerant gas. A suction chamber which receives the refrigerant gas from outside the housing is formed between the movable scroll and the inner wall of the housing. A passage is formed in at least one of the inner wall of the housing, the connecting section and the end plate of the movable scroll. This passage permits the refrigerant gas to flow into the fluid pockets from the suction chamber in order to reduce any difference in pressure of the refrigerant gas in the suction chamber and in the fluid pocket.

    摘要: A compressor has a fixed scroll and a movable scroll which has a first surface and a second surface. The first surface is opposed to the fixed scroll to define a displaceable fluid pocket. The movable scroll is supported on a rotary shaft via an eccentric pin to move along a predetermined orbit around an axis of the rotary shaft. Gas is introduced into and compressed in the fluid pocket. A boss is formed with the second surface of the movable scroll. A bushing is supported on the eccentric pin and rotatably received by the boss. The rotary shaft has an inner end surface for securely supporting the eccentric pin. A holding member engages the eccentric pin to hold the bushing in a predetermined position on the eccentric pin in corporation with the inner surface of the rotary shaft. A balance weight is secured around the bushing to cancel a dynamic imbalance of the movable scroll due to the orbital movement of the movable scroll.
