The fixing structure for an electrical component includes a soft material member that is accommodated in the receiving portion to contact the receiving portion and the electrical component. Heat of the electrical component is transmitted to the heat removing member via the soft material member.

摘要： A motor-driven compressor includes a housing having at one end thereof an accommodation space, an electric motor, a motor driver circuit provided in the accommodation space and having a circuit board, a connector having a bus bar electrically connected to the circuit board, and a cylindrical portion located at the one end of the housing and extending toward the direction close to the electric motor. The housing has a mounting hole communicating with the accommodation space and the interior of the cylindrical portion. The bus bar has a bent shape having opposite ends extended toward the direction close to the electric motor. The connector is disposed in the mounting hole with one end of the bus bar inserted in the cylindrical portion and the other end of the bus bar inserted in the accommodation space. The mounting hole is closed up by a cover with a seal member provided therebetween.

摘要： A motor-driven compressor has a compression mechanism, a rotary shaft, an electric motor, a motor drive circuit, a connecting terminal and a housing assembly. The compression mechanism, the electric motor, and the motor drive circuit are disposed along the axial direction of the rotary shaft in the housing assembly having first through third housings. The first housing is used for mounting the electric motor and the compression mechanism. The second housing has a terminal mounting portion for fixing the connecting terminal. The first and second housings have fastening portions at the radially peripheral portion thereof. The third housing is joined to the second housing to form an accommodation space for accommodating the motor drive circuit. The closed casing is formed by fastening the fastening portions of the first and second housings by means of a first bolt and connecting the second housing to the open end of the first housing.

摘要： An electric motor includes a cylindrical stator that is formed with a plurality of slots. The cylindrical stator has polyphase coils that are formed by winding a plurality of conductive wires in the slots to have polyphase, a wire bundle and an insulating tube covering the wire bundle. Each conductive wire includes a core wire and an insulator that covering the core wire. The wire bundle has a drawing portion, a connecting portion and an elongated portion that is elongated between the drawing portion and the connecting portion for increasing creepage distance between the connecting portion and the housing thereby to increase insulation resistance. The connecting portion of the wire bundle provides a neutral point of the electric motor. The elongated portion and the connecting portion of the wire bundle are covered with the insulating tube.
