摘要： A microfiche on which a large number of characters are formed in an alternating arrangement is movable behind a mask in such a manner that at each position of the microfiche relative to the mask a desired group of characters is displayed through respective apertures in the mask. Lenses are disposed behind the apertures to project images of the characters therethrough onto a viewing screen. A reflection support member is disposed behind the microfiche and is formed with a stepped surface on which are disposed a plurality of concave reflectors, one reflector behind each lens. A lamp radiates light onto the reflectors, from which the light is reflected and focussed into the respective lenses, thereby illuminating the characters on the microfiche from behind. The radii of curvature and light receiving frontal areas of the reflectors differ in accordance with the distances of the reflectors from the lamp and the respective lenses.

A first region for displaying first video contents, and a second region for displaying selection icons to select second video contents different from the first video contents are formed on a display screen. The selection icons make possible selection from a plurality of video sources providing the video contents and including one or more broadcasting networks and a video recording medium. The broadcasting networks are one or all of ground-based broadcasting, BS broadcasting and CS broadcasting. The video recording medium is an HDD incorporated in the display apparatus and/or a removable HDD which can be inserted into and removed from the display apparatus.

摘要： A screw driving and turning machine comprises: a body having a nose portion; a driving cylinder received in the body; a screw driving mechanism having a driving piston having a driving and turning bit slidably accommodated in the driving cylinder, wherein compressed air is fed into the driving cylinder to drive the driving piston, and a screw held in the nose portion of the body is driven to a state in which a head portion of the screw is raised; a screw turning mechanism having an air motor driven by a portion of compressed air fed to the driving cylinder, for turning the screw, which has been driven by the driving piston; a stop valve for opening and closing an air passage between the driving cylinder and the air motor, arranged in the middle of the air passage; and a contact arm slidably arranged along the nose portion, for operating the stop valve by being pushed to the body in accordance with pressing an end of the contact arm against a material into which the screw is driven, wherein the feed of compressed air from the driving cylinder to the air motor is stopped by closing the stop valve when the contact arm is pushed to a predetermined position by pressing an end of the contact arm against the material into which the screw is driven.

Dashes constituting each broken straight line are spaced apart from one another by a spacing interval which differs from one broken straight line to another, to enable different broken straight lines to be distinguished from one another. The mark further includes a plurality of bars or bar elements extending to be projected on the surface of the sensor as bar images or bar element images between the limits of the initial setting tolerance of the solid-state line image sensor.

摘要： A mark counter is able to count frame marks in one film margin adjacent to corresponding frames and group marks in the other film margin adjacent to the first frames of each group of frames regardless of which margin contains the frame marks and which margin contains the group marks. The marks in both margins are sensed, and analogous signals are fed into an OR gate and an AND gate. The output of the OR gate is the logical sum of the number of sensed frame and group marks which is numerically equal to the number of sensed frame marks, and the output of the AND gate is the logical product of the number of sensed frame and group marks which is numerically equal to the number of sensed group marks.
