摘要： A driving position adjusting apparatus for a vehicle comprises a driver's seat provided on a floor panel of a vehicle compartment, an operational pedal, such as an accelerator pedal, which is operated by a driver seated in the driver's seat, an incline-face portion which is provided on the floor panel, on which a heel of the driver operating the operational pedal is placed, the incline-face portion having an upper face which is inclined so that a front portion thereof is located at a higher position than a rear portion thereof, and a heel-placement height adjusting device which adjusts a height position of the driver's heel placed on the incline-face portion at least by moving up or down the incline-face portion.

摘要： A structure of an armrest protruding and extending toward a passenger from an inside wall of a vehicle compartment, comprises a trim body portion covering the inside wall, an armrest face portion extending in a substantially horizontal direction from the trim body portion toward an inside, and a support face portion extending continuously from the armrest face portion downward. There is provided a weak portion (deformation promoting portion) between the trim body portion and the armrest face portion to promote deformation with respect to a lateral load. Further, there is provided a garnish covering the weak portion from the vehicle compartment. Accordingly, both sufficient resistance of the armrest in use for the load applied in the vertical direction and proper impact-absorption function of the armrest during the vehicle side collision can be obtained.

摘要： In a vehicle in which a driver's seat is provided on a floor panel and an operational pedal, such as a brake pedal, is provided in front of the driver's seat, a slant floor portion is provided in an area of the floor panel where a heel of a driver pressing the operational pedal is placed. This slant floor portion slants with a specified slant degree in such a manner that its front portion is positioned at a higher level than its rear portion. An interference avoidance portion which is comprised of a horizontal face portion is provided in front of the slant floor portion. This interference avoidance portion has a slant degree which is smaller than the specified slant degree of the slant floor portion so as to avoid interference with the heel of the driver's foot.

摘要： Disclosed is an automobile roof structure, which comprises a pair of right and left roof side rails 1, a transparent roof panel 4 attached to cover a space between the roof side rails 1, a sun shade 5 disposed slidably along a bottom surface of the transparent roof panel 4, and a shade support member 6 for supporting the sun shade 5 in a slidingly movable manner. Each of the roof side rails 1 includes a rail outer panel 7 and a rail inner panel 8 formed, respectively, with roof flanges 14, 15 which are oriented to protrude in a laterally inward direction of an automobile body and joined together. The roof flanges 14, 15, a lateral peripheral portion of the transparent roof panel 4, and the shade support member 6, are disposed within a given positioning zone where they overlap each other in top plan view. The opposite lateral peripheral portion of the transparent roof panel 4 is fixed onto an upper surface of the roof flange 14 of the rail outer panel 7, and the shade support member 6 is fixed to a wall of the rail inner panel 8 at a position outward of the automobile body relative to the roof flange 14 of the rail outer panel 7.

摘要： A manual gearshift device for an automotive automatic transmission operative in an automatic shift mode in which a gear ratio is automatically varied according to driving conditions and a manual mode in which a gear ratio is manually changed is disclosed. 摘要： A pressing face of an acceleration pedal, which is formed to slant such that a front portion thereof is positioned at a higher level than a rear portion thereof, is located in front of a pressing face of a brake pedal, which is formed to slant such that a front portion thereof is positioned at a higher level than a rear portion thereof. A slant angle of the pressing face of the acceleration pedal relative to a horizontal face is different from a slant angle of the pressing face of the brake pedal relative to the horizontal face in a side view. Accordingly, a lower structure of a driver's compartment which can improve the operation of the acceleration and brake pedals can be provided.
