摘要: By reviewing a material of a forcer housing and an assembly structure of a coil member with respect to the forcer housing, a thrust force is increased, an optimum shape can be easily given to the forcer housing depending on a purpose of use, and a linear motor can be manufactured at low cost. The linear motor includes a magnet rod composed of a large number of magnetic poles arranged with predetermined pitches along an axial direction and a forcer having a through-hole into which the magnet rod is loosely inserted and reciprocatable relatively to the magnet rod according to an applied electric signal. The forcer is composed of a forcer housing in which the through-hole is defined and a coil member which is arranged on an inner peripheral surface of the through-hole of the forcer housing and to which the electric signal is applied. The forcer housing is formed by mold forming with an insulating nonmetal inorganic material.

摘要: Provided is a position detection system which is inexpensive and does not need to control the accuracy of mounting a sensor strictly.The position detection system according to the present invention includes; a linear motor having a rod 1 in which magnetic poles of N pole and S pole are arranged alternately in an axial direction and a plurality of coils 4 surrounding the rod 1; a magnetic sensor 12 for detecting change in the direction of the magnetic field of the rod 1 caused by linear movement of the rod 1 relative to the coils 4 to output a sine wave signal and a cosine wave signal which are 90° phase shifted to each other; and a position detecting circuit 13 for detecting a position of the rod 1 relative to the coils 4. As the magnetic sensor 12 detects the change in the direction of the magnetic field of the rod 1, the sine wave signal and the cosine wave signal output from the magnetic sensor 12 hardly vary eve when the distance between the rod 1 and the magnetic sensor is changed.

摘要: The present invention provides a drive guide apparatus capable of ensuring an increased lifetime by preventing heat generated from a primary side of a linear motor from being transferred to a rail or a moving member of a guide mechanism to which the primary side of the linear motor is connected, thereby preventing variation of rolling resistance or sliding resistance of the guide mechanism. The drive guide apparatus has a linear motor 10 and a guide mechanism 14 that has a rail 18 and a moving member (moving block 15) provided to be movable relative to the rail 18. A primary side 11 of the linear motor 10 is connected to the rail 18 or the moving member (moving block 15) of the guide mechanism 14. Thermal insulating means (thermal insulators 19 and recess 20) for blocking heat generated from the primary side 11 of the linear motor 10 is provided between the primary side 11 and the rail 18 or the moving member (moving block 15) of the guide mechanism to which the primary side 11 is connected directly or indirectly.

摘要: There is provided a linear actuator provided with a dust-proof mechanism capable of preventing dust-proof belts from being deformed, improving a sealing performance between the dust-proof belts and a housing member, and achieving high dust-proof performance irrespective of a size of the linear actuator. The linear actuator provided with the dust-proof mechanism includes: a housing member disposed so as to cover at least a ball screw; an opening portion formed in the housing member so as to extend along a moving locus of a movable stage; and dust-proof belts stretched inside the housing member so as to close the opening portion by being mounted to mounting members disposed both end portions of the housing member, wherein a bypass member for bypassing the dust-proof belts positioned at position overlapped with the movable stage is provided for the movable stage so as to realize movement of the movable member along the opening portion while closing and sealing the opening portion by the dust-proof belts, and in such a linear actuator provided with the dust-proof mechanism, the dust-proof belts are wound up around the mounting member and sandwiched between the mounting member and the end portions of the housing member.

摘要: Disclosed is a micro actuator capable of being formed in compact as a whole, such as 10 mm in diameter by diminishing a difference between a stroke distance of a moving member and an overall length, and by reducing a sectional area taken in a direction orthogonal to a stroke direction. The micro actuator includes: a spline shaft formed as a cylinder with a hollow part and having an axially extending slit opening; a spline nut fit-engaged with the spline shaft and axially guiding the spline shaft; a pair of end caps fixed to openings at both ends of the spline shaft; a magnet rod supported at both ends within the hollow part of the spline shaft by the end caps; and a forcer loosely fit-engaged with a periphery of the magnet rod within the hollow part of the spline shaft to constitute a linear motor together with the magnet rod and connected with the spline nut through the slit opening.

The X-Y table actuator is constituted by stacking a stationary plate (2), an intermediate plate (4), and a movable plate (5). Between the stationary plate (2) and the intermediate plate (4), arranged is an X-direction drive means for driving the intermediate plate (4) in an X-direction with respect to the stationary plate (2). Between the intermediate plate (4) and the movable plate (5), on the other hand, there is provided a Y-direction drive means (7) for moving the movable plate (5) forward and backward in a Y-direction with respect to the intermediate plate (4). 摘要: An automatic wire connecting apparatus of a wire cut electric discharge machine performs automatic connection of a wire electrode smoothly and reliably. A wire processing unit (90) integrally rotatably coupled to a rotating shaft (61) of a pneumatic motor (60) has a nozzle forming portion (12) which defines a slit (S) that allows a wire electrode (W) to pass therethrough when it is opened, and which defines a nozzle hole (125) capable of fitting with an upper wire guide (12) when it is closed, and is selectively positioned at a wire insertion position or an escape position by a rotary stopper (150). When the wire electrode is broken, the wire processing unit is rotated from the escape position to the wire insertion position by a motor, and thereafter, the nozzle hole forming portion is closed, thereby holding the wire electrode guided through the slit during a rotating operation in the nozzle hole. When a working fluid is supplied from the upper wire guide to the nozzle hole, the wire electrode is fed while being restricted by the working fluid sprayed toward a workpiece (P), and is then automatically connected.

摘要: A wire feed mechanism of a wire electric discharge machine, which rewinds a wire electrode (P), that is broken during electric discharge machining, by a wire electrode feed reel (1) to a state convenient for connection of the electrode. The mechanism has a clutch (3) having an output shaft (5) coupled to the wire electrode feed reel and creating a coupling torque between input and output members (3a, 3b) in a manner changing in accordance with a feed voltage, and a geared motor (M) coupled to an input shaft (6) of the clutch. When the wire electrode is broken, the feed reel is coupled to the geared motor, that is stopped, through the clutch which receives a high voltage and the input and output members of which are firmly engaged with each other, to be prevented from idling. The thus stopped feed reel is then driven by the geared motor at a predetermined torque and a low speed through the clutch which is supplied with a decreased voltage and loosely engaged, to rewind the wire electrode.
