摘要: A machine that employs discharge of a first battery to enable rotation of a magnetic tube within a wire coil to generate electricity is disclosed. Discharge of the battery may continue until a sensor signals a second battery to begin discharge to enable the magnetic tube to continue to rotate to generate electricity. A portion of the electricity which may be generated is directed to recharging the first battery. Another portion is directed to an electricity powered device.

摘要: A rotor for a reluctance machine includes a rotor body having cavities defined by inner surfaces of the rotor body, a filler disposed within the cavities, and an adhesive coating that covalently bonds the filler to the inner surfaces of the rotor body. The adhesive coating exhibits a composite structure including a continuous matrix component and a discontinuous organic component dispersed throughout the matrix component, wherein the matrix component comprises an inorganic siloxane network and the organic component comprises a plurality of organic groups bonded to the inorganic siloxane network. The adhesive coating is formed on the inner surfaces of the rotor body by depositing a precursor composition on the inner surfaces of a rotor body and exposing the precursor composition to a plasma. The precursor composition comprises an organofunctional silane or a hydrolysate thereof.

摘要: An electric machine including a shaft, a rotor back assembly surrounding a portion of the shaft, and two or more permanent magnets radially positioned around the perimeter of the rotor back assembly. The electric machine also includes a rotor fan with multiple fan blades formed in an exterior surface of the rotor back assembly and one or more ventilation channels extending through the rotor back assembly. Methods of exporting heat from an electric machine, wither from a machine housing or through the shaft is also disclosed. The heat exportation methods feature the circulation of a fluid with the rotor fan through the ventilation channels and into contact with the housing, or exporting heat from the rotor back assembly through the shaft.

摘要: Disclosed is an insulator of a motor, including a first side wall portion and a second side wall portion in which a coil is wound on outsides thereof, and which are disposed to face each other, to form an accommodation space at insides thereof, and also to form an entrance portion through which a stator is inserted; a connecting portion integrally formed with the first side wall portion and the second side wall portion; and a clip portion formed to protrude from at least one of an end of the first side wall portion and an end of the second side wall portion, and disposed at the entrance portion. Therefore, assemblability of the insulator with the stator can be ensured, and a manufacturing cost and a manufacturing time can be reduced.
