    摘要: This object aims to provide a wire cabling device which a case can be shared among a plurality of devices for cabling electric wires to a plurality of sliders provided on the right and left sides of an automobile. A wire cabling device (1) comprises electric wires (50) for connecting an electronic apparatus mounted onto the floor (2) of an automobile with an electronic apparatus mounted to a seat (3), a case (5) for housing the intermediate portions of the wires (50), a slider capable of moving in linkage with the seat (3) on a rail installed in the case (5) while holding the wires (50), and a regulation member (90) which is provided in the case (5) and regulates the cabling route of the wires (50) in the case (5) by defining the case (5). The case (5) is so formed as to have a predetermined tubular cross-section along the sliding direction of the seat (3) by roll-molding, and the regulation member (90) is formed independently from the case (5).

    摘要: A harness protector for accommodating a wire harness in a protector main body in a curved shape includes a friction member for holding the wire harness in the accommodating state temporarily. The friction member abuts resiliently on the wire harness. The harness protector is provided on a sliding member or a fixed member. The wire harness is wired from the harness protector to the sliding member and the fixed member. The friction member temporarily prevents the wire harness from being removed while the sliding member moves. A spring member for biasing the wire harness in a direction where the wire harness is accommodated is provided in the harness protector. The wire harness compresses the spring member to the maximum at a first moving end of the sliding member. The friction member is disposed at a position so as not to interfere with a restoring of the spring member during moving the sliding member from the first moving end to a second moving end.

    摘要: A curved wall portion along which a wiring harness is bendably extended has a foreign-matter-escape side opening, at one wall continuing to a top opening of an upward guiding cylinder of a protector. A foreign-matter-escape side opening on the other wall of the cylinder proximate to the opening is opposed to the curved wall portion. A projection on the other wall in the guiding cylinder and below the side opening of the wall has an upwardly sloping surface continuing thereto. A projection in the guiding cylinder is above the side opening of the other wall, traversing the cylinder. The protector includes one separate protector member and the other separate protector member, the former having a projection extending toward the latter to cover a joining area thereof.

    摘要: For preventing a slack of a wire harness and bending the wire harness more smoothly, a harness holder includes an inner clamp member for supporting the wire harness and an outer clamp member supporting rotatably the inner clamp member. The slack preventing member is formed longer than the harness guide in a harness leading direction. Mounting the harness holder at a vehicle body and disposing a protector for receiving the wire harness at a slide door, the wire harness is wired from the harness holder to the protector. In a partially opened slide door, the slack preventing member supports the wire harness. In a full opened and a completely closed door, the harness guide supports the wire harness.

The slack preventing member 35 is formed longer than the harness guide 62 in a harness leading direction. Mounting the harness holder 71 at a vehicle body and disposing a protector for receiving the wire harness 73 at a slide door, the wire harness is wired from the harness holder to the protector. In partially opened slide door, the slack preventing member 35 supports the wire harness. In full opened and completely closed door, the harness guide 62 supports the wire harness.
