    摘要: A power feeding device for a slide structure, which includes a link arm turnably provided to one of a slide structure and a fixed structure in a direction to absorb a surplus length of a wire harness, and a harness holding portion provided to a top end side of the link arm. The wire harness is provided from the harness holding portion to a harness fixing portion of the other of the slide structure and the fixed structure, is employed. The link arm is energized by a resilient member. A harness guide is provided along the link arm, and an electric wire portion of the wire harness is provided along the harness guide so as to have a surplus length. A frame-like guide case into which the wire harness is inserted in a turning direction of the link arm is provided.

    摘要: It is intended to provide a stable novel sugar-immobilized metal nanoparticle capable of easily immobilizing a sugar chain, a method for measuring sugar-protein interaction easily and at a low cost using the same without labeling, and a method for simply recovering a protein from a sugar-protein interactant. A maltose-immobilized gold nanoparticle was obtained by binding a ligand complex, in which maltose and a linker compound had been bound to each other, to a gold nanoparticle. By adding this maltose-immobilized gold nanoparticle to a dilution series of concanavalin A, a sugar-protein interactant of maltose and ConA was formed, and red-purple color derived from a colloidal solution of maltose-immobilized gold nanoparticle disappeared. That is, sugar-protein interaction could be confirmed by visual observation without labeling.

    摘要: The present invention provides a power supply apparatus for a slidable structure which extends longitudinally, comprising: a pivotably-supported ring arm; a wiring harness having one end portion fixed to a tip portion of the ring arm and the other end portion fixed to a stationary structure; and an elastic member configured to bias the ring arm in a forward and upward direction. The ring arm is moved or rotated in a backward and downward direction while elastically deforming the elastic member due to tensile force of the wiring harness, when the slidable structure is moved forward toward its fully closed state. Also, the ring arm is moved or rotated in a forward and upward direction due to restoring force of the elastic member, when the slidable structure is moved backward toward its fully open state.
