Abstract: An electrical connection device for connecting a plug, preferably a HV pin header, to a printed circuit board in a motor vehicle, having the following: at least one first electrical connection-device for contacting at least one assigned plug-connector contact; at least one second electrical connection-device contact for contacting at least one assigned printed-circuit-board contact wherein at least one first connection-device contact at least one second connection-device contact are connected to one another, wherein the electrical connection device is configured in such a manner that at least one printed-circuit-board contact is able to be selectively connected to assigned plug-connector contacts which differ in terms of the relative disposal thereof in relation to the printed-circuit-board contact and/or differ from one another in that said plug-connector contacts are a component part of plug connectors which differ from one another in terms of the configuration of the respective plug-connector contacts thereof.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a heating device (10), in particular to an electric heating device for a motor vehicle, having a heat exchanger housing (12), heat exchanger core (14) which absorbs heat at a heat input face, and a printed circuit board (20) having electronic components (16, 18) for controlling the heating device (10), wherein the printed circuit board (20) is arranged on an outer side (22) of the heat exchanger housing (12), wherein a temperature sensor (24) is arranged on a side (26) of the printed circuit board (20) which faces the outer side (22) of the heat exchanger housing (12), wherein connecting means (28) are provided which connect the temperature sensor (24) in a heat conducting fashion to the outer side (22) of the heat exchanger housing (12), and wherein the heat input face of the heat exchanger core (14) is connected in a heat-conducting fashion to the heat exchanger housing (12), with the result that a continuous short heat bridge, running through the interior of the heat exchanger housing (12), to the connecting means (28) is generated.

Abstract: A vehicle heater (10) comprises a main body (12) carrying a non-intrinsically safe heat conductor layer (14), and a temperature monitoring device (16, 18, 20, 44) assigned to the heat conductor layer (14). The temperature monitoring device (16, 18, 20, 44) is designed to distinguish and to report at least the three following states: normal operation, reversible malfunction and irreversible malfunction.Moreover, a method for monitoring a vehicle heater (10) is suggested in which the following states are distinguished and reported: normal operation, reversible malfunction and irreversible malfunction.
