    摘要: The present invention discloses a temperature measuring assembly, electrical device assembly, battery pack connecting assembly and battery pack. The temperature measuring assembly comprises a temperature measuring element, an output connector and a heat transfer component. The temperature measuring element is configured to measure temperature of an object to be measured and output a temperature signal, and be spaced apart from the object to be measured. The output connector is electrically connected with the temperature measuring element to receive the temperature signal. The heat transfer component is configured to be in contact with the temperature measuring element, and used for contact with the object to be measured. The temperature measuring assembly of the present invention can improve precision of measuring temperature through the fit of the temperature measuring element and the heat transfer component. The output connector can conveniently output temperature signals.

    摘要: An electric motor, particularly an engine of a motor vehicle, has a temperature sensor for monitoring the operating temperatures of a winding. The temperature sensor is inserted through a radial through-hole at the periphery of the insulation element into a recess which is delimited between a shaped-out portion on the corresponding projection of the insulation element and the winding. The shaped-out portion has a slope so that a translational displacement of the temperature sensor at the same time leads to an increase in the biasing force of the temperature sensor with respect to the winding. It is thus possible to ensure the desired pre-tension force, and therefore a reliable contact surface between the temperature sensor and the winding, as a result of the connecting force and, at the same time, secure the temperature sensor with force fit in the shaped-out portion.

    摘要: Systems and methods for monitoring temperature distribution in downhole equipment using magnetostrictive probes. In one embodiment, an ESP motor has a stator with a rotor and shaft rotatably positioned within the stator. Magnetostrictive sensors are positioned within the motor. Each magnetostrictive sensor has a transducer, a probe, and electronic circuitry coupled to the transducer. The circuitry generates an initial electrical signal that is conveyed to the transducer. The signal passes through one or more coils in the transducer, generating magnetic fields that induce an acoustic signal in the probe. The acoustic signal propagates through the probe and waves are reflected from reflection points in the probe. The transducer senses the reflected acoustic waves and provides corresponding electrical signals to the circuitry, which determines timing intervals associated with the reflected waves and uses this information to determine temperatures at one or more locations in the probe (hence in the monitored equipment).

    摘要: A wiring module includes: an insulating protector that has connection member holding portions for holding connection members that electrically connect adjacent electrode terminals; and a temperature detection member that detects the temperature of one of the connection members. The temperature detection member has a temperature detection element, electrical wires that are connected to the temperature detection element, an element accommodating portion that accommodates the temperature detection element and from which the electrical wires extend, and a detection portion that is continuous with the element accommodating portion and is arranged to be in contact with the connection member. The insulating protector has a locking portion that locks the element accommodating portion on the outer side of the connection member holding portions.
