摘要: In a method for producing a vehicle heater (10), a main body (12) of the vehicle heater (10) is equipped with a non-intrinsically safe heat conductor layer (14), and a sensor device (16, 18, 20) for detecting exceedances of a temperature threshold value. To form the sensor device (16, 18, 20) a sensor layer (16) is sprayed on without the main body (12) being exposed to temperatures normal for baking processes.A vehicle heater (10) is equipped with a main body (12) carrying a non-intrinsically safe heat conductor layer (14), and with a sensor device (16, 18, 20) allocated to the heat conductor layer (14) and provided to detect the exceedance of a temperature threshold value. The sensor device (16, 18, 20) comprises a sprayed-on sensor layer (16) produced without the main body (12) assuming temperatures that are normal for baking processes.
