    摘要: A bubble column reactor includes a reactor body which contains a slurry having solid catalyst particles suspended in a liquid, an inflow port which is provided at the bottom of the reactor body and allows a synthesis gas including a carbon monoxide gas and a hydrogen gas as the main components to flow into the slurry therethrough, and an outflow port which is provided at the top of the reactor body and allows gaseous hydrocarbons synthesized by a chemical reaction between the synthesis gas and the slurry, an unreacted synthesis gas, and the like to flow out therethrough. The distance in a vertical direction between the liquid surface of the slurry and the outflow port is 1.4 m or more and 10 m or less.

    摘要: There is provided a bubble column type hydrocarbon synthesis reactor which synthesizes a hydrocarbon compound by a chemical reaction of a synthesis gas including hydrogen and carbon monoxide as main components, and a slurry having solid catalyst particles suspended in liquid. The hydrocarbon synthesis reactor includes a reactor main body which accommodates the slurry, a synthesis gas supplying section which supplies the synthesis gas to the slurry; one pressure sensor which is arranged higher than the liquid level of the slurry to measure the pressure of the synthesis gas above the liquid level, another pressure sensor which is arranged lower than the liquid level of the slurry to measure the pressure of the slurry, and a liquid level detecting device which detects a liquid level position of the slurry on the basis of measurement results of the pressure sensors. A plurality of the other pressure sensors are provided at arbitrary intervals in an axial direction of the reactor main body.

    摘要: A plasma processing apparatus includes a stock unit, a processing unit, and an alignment chamber. The stock unit supplies and collects a conveyable tray formed with a plurality of housing holes in each of which a wafer is housed. In the processing chamber, plasma processing is executed on the wafers housed in the tray supplied from the stock unit. The alignment chamber is provided with a rotating table on which the tray before being subjected to the plasma processing is set to perform positioning of the wafers on the rotating table. A housing state determination unit of a control device determines whether or not the wafer is misaligned with respect the housing hole of the tray based on a height detected by height detecting sensors.

    摘要: Regular data inputted/outputted to/from external terminals is read/written to/from a regular cell array, and parity data is read/written from/to a parity cell array. Since the parity data is generated by a parity generation circuit, it is difficult to write a desired pattern to the parity cell array. The regular data and the parity data are exchanged with each other by a switch circuit, so that the regular data can be written to the parity cell array and the parity data can be written to the regular cell array. This enables the write of desired data to the parity cell array. A test of the parity data can be easily conducted. In particular, a leakage test or the like between memory cells can be easily conducted.
