摘要： A wire harness manufacturing method includes a first step of covering a periphery of the wire with a molded body (13) having a thermoplastic material, and heating the molded body (13) to a temperature at which plastic deformation by thermo plasticity is possible and pressuring the molded body (13) to have predetermined cross-sectional shape and size. The method also includes a second step of, after the first step, while the molded body (13) has the temperature at which plastic deformation by thermo plasticity is possible, molding the thermoplastic material to have a predetermined axial shape, and cooling the molded body (13) having the predetermined axial shape.

摘要： A bubble column reactor includes a reactor body which contains a slurry having solid catalyst particles suspended in a liquid, an inflow port which is provided at the bottom of the reactor body and allows a synthesis gas including a carbon monoxide gas and a hydrogen gas as the main components to flow into the slurry therethrough, and an outflow port which is provided at the top of the reactor body and allows gaseous hydrocarbons synthesized by a chemical reaction between the synthesis gas and the slurry, an unreacted synthesis gas, and the like to flow out therethrough. The distance in a vertical direction between the liquid surface of the slurry and the outflow port is 1.4 m or more and 10 m or less.

A jig (5) is disposed between the outer circumferential surface of the predetermined portion of the wire bundle (12) and an inner circumferential surface of the superposed side parts (141, 142) of the sheet-like member (14). A pressurizing member (6) of an ultrasonic welder pressurizes at least part of the superposed portion of the sheet-like member (14) for ultrasonic welding, thereby forming a protector (13) from the sheet-like member (14) on the outer circumferential surface of the predetermined portion of the wire bundle (12).

摘要： A method of extracting the contents from the inside of a reactor kept at high temperature and high pressure includes the steps of introducing the contents of the reactor into a pipe having an internal space which communicates with the reactor, closing the pipe to enclose the contents in the internal space, removing unnecessary gas from the internal space, and supplying an inert gas to the internal space, thereby replacing the contents enclosed in the internal space with the inert gas. The contents are discharged from the internal space by replacing the contents enclosed in the internal space with the inert gas.

An elastic resin is injected into the first flow passage to fill the first flow passage with the elastic resin and to fill the second flow passage with the elastic resin through each of the communicating flow passages, thereby an elastic member which hermetically seals the space between the MEA-frame assembly and the separator is integrally formed.

A portion of a wire is mounted on a first holder such that the portion of the wire is disposed between a thermoplastic material and another thermoplastic material, the thermoplastic material and the other thermoplastic material, that are mounted on the first holder, are pressed by heater-equipped the lower mold and the upper mold, thereby press-forming and heating the thermoplastic material and the other thermoplastic material, so that the portion of the wire is covered around with the thermoplastic material and the other thermoplastic material and that mutually contacting surfaces of the thermoplastic material and the other thermoplastic material are welded, and thereafter, the portion of the wire that is covered the thermoplastic material and the other thermoplastic material is removed from the lower mold and the upper mold while being mounted on an upper side of the first holder.
