    摘要: The substrate carrier management system includes a pre-diffusion processing apparatus, a carrier cleaner, and a carrier conveyer. The pre-diffusion processing apparatus unloads a substrate from a supplied carrier in which the substrate is stored, performs predetermined processing on the substrate, and transfers the processed substrate stored in a carrier to be used after processing. The carrier cleaner cleans a carrier emptied as a result of taking a substrate out of the carrier. The carrier conveyer conveys a carrier between the pre-diffusion processing apparatus and the carrier cleaner. The empty carrier unloaded from the pre-diffusion processing apparatus is cleaned by the carrier cleaner, and the processed substrate is stored in the empty carrier. With this arrangement, it is possible to automatically change carriers and thereby continuously use a cleaned carrier in the subsequent step without using a dedicated carrier.

    摘要: A pressure compensating valve (7) comprises a main valve (20) that is operated in such a way as to increase the area of the opening between an inlet port (24) and an outlet port (25) by means of pressure acting on a first pressure receiving component (21). The pressure compensating valve (7) is also operated in such a way as to reduce the area of the opening by means of pressure acting on a second pressure receiving component (22) and pressure acting on a third pressure receiving component (23). The pressure compensating valve (7) is designed to allow the pressure (Pa) of the pressurized oil flowing to the inlet port (24) to act on the first pressure receiving component (21) and the pressure (Pb) of the load driven by the pressurized oil flowing from the outlet port (25) to act on the second pressure receiving component (22). A control pressure producer (7B) is provided for allowing control pressure (Pe) resulting from a reduction in the pressure (Pa) of the inlet port (24) to act on the third pressure receiving component (23). An unloading pressure control valve and an variable bleed valve can also be provided. This structure allows the pressure compensated characteristics to be changed as desired. The unloading start pressure is also preset so as to improve response in terms of the hydraulic actuators. Energy loss can also be minimized, allowing the rapid start-up of the hydraulic actuators to be controlled, machines can be made smaller, and high precision control can be achieved.

    摘要: According to the present invention, in an air conditioning apparatus setting a double laminar mode in which an inside air and an outside air are blown while being partitioned, when the maximum heating state is set during an air outlet mode in which air is blown out simultaneously from both of a foot opening portion toward feet of a passenger and a defroster opening portion toward a windshield, a passage for conditioned air is partitioned into a first air passage for the inside air and a second air passage for the outside air. The first air passage is communicated with the foot opening portion, and the second air passage is communicated with the defroster opening portion. In the double laminar mode, at an air downstream side of a heating heat exchanger, there is formed a communication path communicating between the first air passage and the second air passage, and an amount of the outside air at the side of the second air passage is set to be larger than that of the inside air at the side of the first air passage, so that the outside air in the second passage flows into the first air passage through the communication path. In this way, it is possible to improve a defrosting performance of the windshield.
