摘要： A surround molding module incorporates an invisible division bar assembly. The invisible division bar assembly includes a support or glass encapsulation that does not extend outwardly beyond the plane of the exterior surface of fixed and movable windows of the vehicle. It provides a butt joint between these window edges. The support also carries a guide member that guides a guide leg extending outwardly from the movable window. An effective window guide tracking system is provided that has reduced wind noise and a flush window appearance with no off-set.

摘要： A below belt channel includes a rigid body formed into a generally C-shaped channel having a base and first and second outwardly extending legs. Seal lips formed from a thermoplastic, such as a thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV), are co-extruded on outer ends of the channel legs and extend inwardly toward an interior of the channel. A low friction material is preferably provided along an interior surface of the channel base, and the seal lips may also include an extra low-friction material on the outwardly facing surfaces that contact the window glass. In one embodiment, the rigid body is either aluminum or steel and may be coated to enhance the bond with the co-extruded TPV lips, and/or provide corrosion protection. In another embodiment, the rigid body is covered in polypropylene, and a mounting bracket for supporting the channel is formed of a molded material that is compatible with the polypropylene. The molded material is then welded or fused to the body to provide a secure interconnection.

摘要： A disposable combination (10) of an expanded foam cup (12) and an expanded base (14) is disclosed for preventing tipping of the cup and spilling of its contents. The disposable cup (12) has a frusoconical side wall (16) with an upper portion (18) having an open upper end (20) and with a lower end (24) closed by a round bottom (28). The base (14) has a frustoconical shape that coverages in an upward direction in its use position and has the same size and shape as the upper portion (18) of the cup side wall (16) so as to be stackable prior to use. Frustoconical base (14) has a lower end (30) on which the base rests in its use position and has an upper open end (34) that receives the cup during use. Between the upper and lower ends, the frustoconical base (14) has a height according to a prescribed equation that positions the cup bottom (28) and the lower base end (30 ) in a coplanar relationship to provide the support that prevents the cup from tipping during use.

摘要： A one-piece inner garnish assembly is provided for an associated vehicle window opening. The garnish assembly includes a weatherseal assembly and a garnish joined thereto prior to installation on the associated vehicle. In one embodiment, the weatherseal assembly includes first and second legs extending from a base portion. Each leg includes a low friction seal lip such as flock or TPV for sealingly engaging surface of the associate vehicle window. The garnish is a molded component that is joined to the weatherseal assembly, for example, in a preferred embodiment the garnish is joined to a leg of the weatherseal assembly. In another embodiment of the garnish assembly, a belt seal with integral garnish and molded transition members at opposite ends are provided.
