摘要: A process cartridge comprises an electrophotographic photosensitive drum, a drum unit, and a developing roller. The apparatus further comprises a developer supplying roller, and a developer accommodating portion accommodating the developer. A developing unit is swingably coupled with the drum unit and supporting the developing roller, the developer supplying roller, and the developer accommodating portion. A first-end developing-device spacing member is provided rotatably about an axis of a shaft at a first end portion of the developing unit to limit rotation of the developing unit relative to the drum unit to maintain spacing between the developing roller and the electrophotographic photosensitive drum. A second-end developing-device spacing member is provided rotatably about an axis of a shaft at a second end portion of the developing unit to limit rotation of the developing unit relative to the drum unit to maintain spacing between the developing roller and the electrophotographic photosensitive drum.

摘要: An image forming capable of operating with reliability and shortening the down time. An operation unit forms an image. A power source unit supplies electric power supplied from an external power source to the operation unit. A storing unit stores successful data which shows that the image forming apparatus has started successfully. A mode selection unit selects a first mode in which regular electric power is supplied to the operation unit at a start-up when the storing unit stores the successful data, and a second mode in which electric power smaller than the regular electric power is supplied to the operation unit at the start-up when the storing unit does not store the successful data. A power control unit controls the electric power supplied from the power source unit to the operation unit according to the mode selected by the mode selection unit.

摘要: A desired property is readily granted to a wooden piece (1) subjected to compression. When the wooden piece (1) is processed by a pair of metal molds (51, 61), a property granting liquid (101) is applied to a surface of at least one (61) of the metal molds (51, 61) which comes into contact with a surface of the wooden piece (1). The property granting liquid (101) is in liquid state at temperatures of 5 to 35 C and grants a certain property to the surface of the wooden piece (1). The wooden piece (1) is sandwiched and compressed by the pair of metal molds (51, 61) including the metal mold (61) to which the property granting liquid (101) is applied.

摘要: To provide a coating material for a room temperature curable solvent-borne overcoating material having chipping resistance and not allowing occurrence of cracks, and a room temperature curable solvent-borne overcoating material using the same, the room temperature curable solvent-borne overcoating material being excellent in abrasion resistance and in performance such as weather resistance, contamination resistance and adhesion.A coating material is formed of a lipophilic polyrotaxane including a cyclic molecule, a linear molecule piercing through the cyclic molecule to include it, and blocking groups disposed at both end terminals of the linear molecule to prevent departure of the cyclic molecule. In the lipophilic polyrotaxane, at least one of the linear molecule and the cyclic molecule has a hydrophobic modification group. A room temperature curable solvent-borne overcoating material is formed to contain the coating material preferably within a range of from 60 to 100% by mass relative to a film-forming component.

摘要: To provide a hydrophobic linear polyrotaxane molecule which is soluble in an organic solvent, and a crosslinked polyrotaxane using the same.A hydrophobic linear polyrotaxane molecule has a cyclic molecule, a linear molecule including the cyclic molecule with piercing through the cyclic molecule, and blocking groups placed at both end terminals of the linear molecule to prevent the cyclic molecule from leaving from the linear molecule. The linear molecule is hydrophobic. The linear molecule is polycaprolactone and has a molecular weight ranging from 5,000 to 100,000. The cyclic molecule is α-cyclodextrin, β-cyclodextrin or γ-cyclodextrin.A crosslinked polyrotaxane is formed by combining the hydrophobic linear polyrotaxane molecule and a polymer through the cyclic molecule.

摘要: There is offered a signal processing circuit for an electrostatic capacity type touch sensor capable of detecting a larger number of locations with a smaller number of touch pads as well as improving noise immunity. A selection circuit selects either a signal from a combination of the first and second kinds of touch pads outputted through the first and second output terminals CO1 and CO2 in a touch panel or a signal from a combination of the third and fourth kinds of touch pads outputted through the third and fourth output terminals CO3 and CO4. An electric charge amplifier outputs first and second output voltages V1 and V2 corresponding to a difference between capacitances of the touch pads on the touch panel based on the signals from the selected combination. A delta sigma type A/D converter converts the first and second output voltages V1 and V2 into digital signals.
