摘要： Discussed are a method and an apparatus for managing system information in a wireless communication system supporting multi-carriers. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a method by which user equipment obtains system information in a wireless communication system supporting multi-carriers comprises the steps of: receiving from a base station a message including information related to modification to system information of one or more component carriers; determining whether the system information of a component carrier from among the plurality of component carriers, which is set to the user equipment, is to be modified, based on the information related to the modification to the system information of the one or more component carriers; and obtaining the modified system information of the component carrier set at the user equipment when it is determined that the system information of the component carrier set at the user equipment is to be modified.

The method comprises: receiving a system information report request of a neighboring cell from a serving cell; and transmitting a system information report to the serving cell as a response to the system information report request. If the terminal has system information that is obtained in advance of the neighboring cell that is obtained before receiving the system information report request, the system information report comprises the system information that is obtained in advance and validity information on the system information that is obtained in advance.

摘要： Provided is a method for reporting carried out by a terminal in a wireless communication system. The method comprises: receiving a public land mobile network (PLMN) list, which is information on one or more of PLMNs on which a logged minimization drive test (MDT) is valid; receiving information for executing the logged MDT; logging a measurement on the basis of the information for executing the logged MDT; entering a target cell in a radio resource control (RRC) connected state; determining whether or not the logged measurement is reportable; and if determined possible to report to the target cell, reporting the whole or a part of the logged measurement to the target cell. Whether or not the logged measurement can be reported is determined on the basis of the PLMN list.

摘要： There is provided with a method for enabling a user equipment to perform a random access procedure in a wireless communication system. The method includes transmitting a random access preamble and receiving a random access response as a response to the random access preamble. The random access response is addressed by a random access identifier. The random access identifier is mapped to radio resources used for transmitting the random access preamble. The user equipment can immediately confirm its random access response and perform further efficient random access procedure.

A user equipment receives a measurement configuration from a base station and logs a measurement result based on the measurement configuration. The user equipment determines whether a consent for reporting privacy information is revoked while logging the measurement result. If the consent is revoked, the user equipment stops logging the measurement result.
