The information collection unit calculates the predictive starting time at which the value of the point is collected before the next picture display request is made from the current time, the collection time and the previous picture display request. An inquiry transmitting unit transmits inquiry messages to request transmission of the data to the nodes, respectively. A response receiving unit receives response messages including the data from the nodes, respectively. A reception scheduler generates a reception schedule of the response messages from the nodes based on request information indicating data collection condition from the nodes. A transmission scheduler generates a transmission schedule of the inquiry messages based on the reception schedule and characteristics of communication with the nodes. The inquiry transmitting unit transmits the inquiry messages to the nodes, respectively, based on the transmission schedule.

Each account method is a method for calculating a usage fee for each service execution environment. A resource consumption storage stores a plurality of resource consumptions corresponding to run modes. Each run mode is an operation pattern for each service execution environment to execute the service. Each resource consumption is a consumption of resources of the service execution environment while executing the service in each run mode. A calculation unit calculates usage fees based on combinations of one of the account methods corresponding to the environment providers and one of the resource consumptions corresponding to the run modes. An integrated operation unit selects at least one combination of a selected environment provider and a selected run mode, based on the usage fees calculated by the calculation unit.

    摘要: According to an embodiment, provided is an air conditioning control system having a remote controller which collectively controls air conditioning facilities respectively provided in multiple buildings through a network. A building monitoring and controlling device is provided in each of the buildings. The building monitoring and controlling device monitors an air conditioning facility in a building where the building monitoring and controlling device itself is installed, and transmits operation data on the air conditioning facility to the remote controller. The remote controller calculates each operation setting value based on each set of operation data, and transmits the calculated operation setting value to the building monitoring and controlling device corresponding to the calculated operation setting value. The building monitoring and controlling device which has received the operation setting value controls the air conditioning facility by transmitting the operation setting value to the air conditioning facility.

    摘要: According to one embodiment, a scheduling apparatus sends queries to communication modules in buildings and receives facility information measured at monitor-control points from the communication modules. As for each communication module, a network address, a waiting time to receive the facility information after sending a query, and a connection with the monitor-control points, are stored. When a service request indicating at least one monitor-control point is received, queries each including the network address of a communication module connected with a monitor-control point indicated by the service request, are generated. A priority of each query is decided based on the waiting time corresponding to the communication module. Each query is added to a first send queue or a second send queue based on the priority. When queries are sent, a timing to send from the first send queue is same as or earlier than a timing to send from the second send queue.
