摘要： A positional-information acquiring unit acquires positional information relating to a position of an object or a user in a predetermined region. An extracting unit extracts a hierarchized region where the object or the user exists, based on the acquired positional information. A selection receiving unit receives a selection of a desired region from among the extracted hierarchized regions. An information acquiring unit acquires the reference information corresponding to the selected region from the region correspondence information. An output unit outputs the acquired reference information.
