    Abstract: Provided are a flow control method and device, a CU and a DU. The method includes: receiving a flow control state message transmitted by a second network element connected to a first network element through a fronthaul interface; where the flow control state message carries flow control state information for identifying a flow control state of the second network element, and where the first network element and the second network element have different functions, and performing a flow control processing according to the flow control state information and interacting the flow control state of the second network element.     Abstract: The present invention provides a method and apparatus for connection processing between a terminal and base station, wherein, the method comprises: the base station receiving the first request message carrying the terminal identity information that is transmitted by the terminal, wherein, the terminal identity information is used to indicate the identity of the terminal, and the first request message is used to request the base station to resume the connection between the terminal and network; the base station searches for context information matching the terminal identity information; when the base station finds the context information, it uses the context information to resume the connection with the terminal. Adopting the technical solutions provided by the present embodiments solves the problem of complex connection processing between the terminal and network in the related art, and achieves high-speed connection resumption between a terminal and network.

    Abstract: Provided is a data packet transmission method and device. The method includes: generating, by a first network element, first indication information according to a delivery status fed back by a second network element to the first network element, where the first indication information is used for instructing the second network element which has not successfully sent a data packet to a terminal to discard the data packet indicated by the first indication information. Wherein the method includes: adding, by a first connection device, a second connection device for a terminal (300); interacting collocated local gateway address information between the first connection device and the second connection device (301); and reporting, by the first connection device, determined collocated local gateway address information to a core network, and using, by the core network, the collocated local gateway address information to perform the local gateway service (302).     Abstract: Provided are a cross-Master eNB (MeNB) switching method and apparatus, and a base station.
