Abstract: Provided are registering, deregistering and standby processing methods and systems for a terminal peripheral. The registering method includes that: a Machine-to-Machine/Man (M2M) gateway pre-allocates a terminal peripheral group identifier of a terminal peripheral group to a terminal peripheral configured into the terminal peripheral group by an M2M user, and sets an initial state of the terminal peripheral, the terminal peripheral group identifier being used for identifying the terminal peripheral group to which the terminal peripheral belongs; the M2M gateway acquires a terminal peripheral identifier of the terminal peripheral initiating a registering request, and determines the terminal peripheral group identifier pre-allocated to the terminal peripheral according to the terminal peripheral identifier; and the M2M gateway sends the terminal peripheral identifier and the terminal peripheral group identifier to an M2M application through an M2M service platform.

Abstract: Disclosed is a system for retrieving an EID of a terminal, comprising a Machine Type Communications (MTC) server, a processor of the MTC serbver is configured to be capable of executing programmed instructions comprising: storing a corresponding relationship between an EID of a terminal and a Reference Number (RN) of the EID of the terminal; and when a terminal responds to a trigger request from a Machine Type Communications (MTC) server, retrieving an EID of the terminal which corresponds to an RN according to the RN of the EID of the terminal and the corresponding relationship. By employing the system, the network side can retrieve the EID of the terminal, and use a correct EID to respond to a terminal trigger request from an MTC server.

Abstract: An intelligent guiding method and system based on a M2M system are provided. The method includes that when receiving a service request message from an intelligent guiding M2M terminal device, an intelligent guiding M2M platform requests guiding information or a guiding information identifier from an intelligent guiding M2M application according to the location information of the intelligent guiding M2M terminal device; and the intelligent guiding M2M platform sends, to the intelligent guiding M2M terminal device, the guiding information provided by the intelligent guiding M2M application or guiding information that is retrieved according to the guiding information identifier provided by the intelligent guiding M2M application. The M2M technology and the electronic guiding system thus can be effectively combined, and rich guiding services can be provided based on the M2M system.

The solution solves the technical problem in the related art that it is impossible to implement control for one or more terminal peripherals through the M2M gateway according to the policy definition, which implements policy control of one or more terminal peripherals through the M2M gateway and improves the intelligent degree of an M2M system.

The congestion control method, which is applied to a first gateway, may include: monitoring node state information of a second gateway, where the second gateway is a collaboration gateway of the first gateway; and performing at least one of: in response to the node state information indicating a traffic overload of the second gateway, notifying a central gateway of the traffic overload of the second gateway, and sending a traffic collaboration request of the second gateway to an application server; or in response to the node state information indicating a service recovery of the second gateway, notifying the central gateway of the service recovery of the second gateway, and sending a service collaboration revocation request of the second gateway to the application server.

The present disclosure, simplifies a process of forwarding information between member resources, saves signaling overhead, avoids the problem of possible network congestion caused by occupation of network resources, and improves real time performance of the forwarding of the information between the member resources.
