摘要： A quick connector is adapted to be attached to a fluid-containing vessel, such as an aerosol can. The quick connector includes a body having a passage through which fluid can flow when the quick connector is attached to the vessel. The quick connector preferably includes an attachment mechanism in the form of a plurality of radially flexible legs angularly disposed around a longitudinal axis of the passage and extending proximally from the body. An inwardly disposed finger is disposed at the proximal end of each of the legs. The locking ring travels between a first position in which the legs are free to flex outwardly and a second position in which the legs flex inwardly such that the fingers engage the vessel rim when the quick connector is attached to the vessel. Some embodiments include a floating capitulator to accommodate vessels having fluid delivery stems of varying sizes.

摘要： A modular pest control system which includes structure that is specifically designed to capitalize upon the physiology and/or behavior of a wide assortment of pests to render the system more attractive to the pests. The system is modular in nature whereby it may be configured as desired or necessary to target any combination of one or more species of pests. The modular system preferably includes, at minimum, a first component in the form of a pest control device that may be releasably connectable to a second component. The first component may contain one or more materials or structural features for controlling any individual species or combinations of species of ground crawling pests, termites and rodents. The second component may be a releasable base for securing the first component to vegetation, building surfaces and materials, or targeted areas of soil. Alternatively, the second component itself may be a pest control device that may be releasably connectable to the first component and which anchors the first component to the earth.

摘要： The present invention comprises, in one exemplary embodiment, a rodent control device including a clamp system comprised of first and second clamp assemblies, and a rodent bait station having at least one opening formed therein for receiving an attachment device such as a screw. The first clamp assembly preferably includes a raised area having one or more openings formed therein for receiving the attachment device. The attachment device operates to secure the rodent bait station to the clamp system, which is in turn, secured to a weighted object such as a cement block. The clamp system substantially prevents movement of the rodent bait station by attaching the bait station to the weighted object.
