Abstract:
A method of template manufacturing for paper die-creasing and folding application is disclosed; first of all, an image file having die-creases is output to a UV inkjet printer first, and a template is disposed in the UV inkjet printer to allow the UV inkjet printer to print the image file on the template, thereby forming the image file having die-creases on the template; then the template with the image file having die-creases thereon is assembled onto a roller of a die-creasing machine to carry out a die-creasing process for paper materials.
Abstract:
A control and compensation method for laser outputting is used to compensate power of laser outputting within an unstable working area for obtaining consistence of energy same as the state in a stable working area, and is characterized by that: before laser outputting, a short pulse is used to energize laser to increase reaction speed of the laser; and an unstable working area thereafter is divided into several sections, each section represents a reaction time value, and a table is used to record compensation power value required for each corresponding reaction time value; so that when the laser outputting is within said unstable working area, its power is compensated in reference to the table for various positions of the sections. Thereby the pulse energy can be averagely controlled to get a good output power, the method is applicable to various laser-outputting equipment for reducing operation of adjustment.

A separable cutting mechanism for a printer comprises: a printing device with rollers used for mounting on a rail of the printer to move transversely; a cutting-knife unit with a carrier having rollers thereon to mount the cutting-knife unit on the rail of the printer and to be installed in juxtaposition with a plurality of printing heads; and an electromagnetic connector provided between the printing device and the carrier of the cutting-knife unit, the electromagnetic connector is provided with a magnetizing coil to generate attraction or release action when the printer is operated. Thereby, the cutting-knife unit and the printing device can be controlled to mutually attract with each other or can be separated for independent operations.
Abstract:
A device includes: a supporting seat mounted on a rail of an output equipment for adjusting its working position; a cantilever pivotally provided beneath the supporting seat to be in the form of a sea-saw, and provided on one end thereof with a roller; and at least a set of pressure adjusting mechanism arranged between the cantilever and the supporting seat, each set of the pressure adjusting mechanisms is comprised of an adjusting moving piece and a spring. By adjustment of the adjusting moving piece, the stretching force of the spring can be changed, so that the down pressing force of the roller on one end of the cantilever can be changed.
Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a roller shaft of a computer character-cutting device and the roller shaft itself are disclosed, wherein, an engaging belt having on the surface thereof etched tooth grains is wrapped over the roller shaft, laser welding is processed at the joint of the engaging belt. The laser welding creates high temperature to melt the engaging belt, and the melting spots on the engaging belt are leveled, so that the engaging belt is integrally molten into the roller shaft to largely reduce steps and cost of production, and an effect of high accuracy of paper feeding can be obtained.
Abstract:
A transfer-printing method of UV-digital stacked-thickness printing, which comprising following steps of: ink jetting a UV-ink on a carrier with low-adhesive-strength to the carrier to output a color-ink-layer with a mirrored-pattern and fully curing the color-ink-layer through UV-light-irradiation; ink jetting on the color-ink-layer to output a transparent-ink-layer with the same mirrored-pattern processed with gray-scale or binary-conversion, the transparent-ink-layer is divided into a plurality of regions, an inkjet-head ink jets back and forth within one region for multiple times and after ink jets the last time, cures the region through UV-light-irradiation with a low-irradiation-intensity, then the inkjet head moves forward to next region and ink jets back and forth within that region for multiple times; and pressing and transferring the transparent-ink-layer on the carrier onto a workpiece. The method can also be implemented on a foil-sleeking-pattern, such that the foil-surface of a metal-foil is transferred and presented on the workpiece.
Abstract:
A method for laser processing a packaging box is provided, which includes feeding a paper material printed with a pattern on the front side thereof to a cutting machine by back feeding using an automatic paper feeder; performing edge finding on the rear side of the paper material, and forming indentations on the rear side of the paper material corresponding to where the pattern is on the front side; conveying the paper material to a laser cutting machine to perform registration marking on the rear side of the paper material before laser cutting; and finally performing laser cutting based on the registration markings to obtain a packaging box with the pattern printed on the front side and the indentations formed on the rear side.
Abstract:
A laser integrated switching device for mounting on a laser cutting machine is disclosed, wherein it comprises a laser tube, a X/Y deflection laser outputting module, a triaxial deflection laser outputting module, a first optical path, a second optical path, and an optical path switcher; wherein the first optical path is disposed with both ends thereof connecting to the laser tube and the X/Y deflection laser outputting module, the second optical path is disposed with both ends thereof connecting to the laser tube and the triaxial deflection laser outputting module, and the optical path switcher is disposed between the first and second optical paths, thereby before the optical path switcher switches the laser beams to the first optical path or the second optical path, the laser tube alternately outputs laser beams to the X/Y deflection laser outputting module or the triaxial deflection laser outputting module.

A method of performing foil sleeking after printing for UV inkjet printer is disclosed, which comprises steps of: positioning a workpiece with printed patterns or words; then printing an undercoat layer on areas to be foil-sleeked of the patterns or words, then irradiate the undercoat by a UV lamp with a low irradiation intensity to allow the undercoat layer to form a viscosity; and finally sticking a foil on the undercoat layer.
Abstract:
A method for printing transparent ink on different printing media is provided. In a one-time printing process, printing with the transparent ink is performed for a plurality of times on a printed product, and a curing process by means of UV light irradiation is then performed once. The method is characterized in that, after performing the printing with the transparent ink for the first time, the curing process by means of UV light irradiation is performed once.
