    Abstract: Provided is a method for preparing an epoxy compound having an alkoxysilyl group effectively by using a mild catalyst as well as an aromatic alcohol ring-opening agent. The preparation method for an epoxy compound having an alkoxysilyl group includes: performing a ring opening step by reacting an epoxy compound having an epoxide group, which is a starting material, with an aromatic alcohol ring-opening agent in the presence of a phosphine-based catalyst and an optional solvent so as to obtain an intermediate having a partially ring-opened epoxide group; and performing an alkoxysilylation step by reacting the intermediate having a partially ring-opened epoxide with isocyanate alkoxysilane.

The cervical brace according to the present invention may include an upper support that supports and covers a jaw of a wearer, a lower support supported by being pressed against shoulders around the neck of the wearer, a rear support that is positioned behind the upper support and the lower support and supports the rear of the wearer's neck, and a height adjuster including a body installed at one side surface of the upper support, a connecting member formed to extend from one surface of the lower support toward the body, and a rotating member that is installed at one side of the body such that the connecting member penetrates and rotates about the connecting member in both directions, wherein the body of the height adjuster moves upward and downward along the connecting member according to a rotating direction of the rotating member and thus the upper support moves upward and downward with respect to the lower support.

    Abstract: According to an embodiment of the present invention, in order to perform fine particle agglomeration by outputting a low frequency sound wave and then remove fine particles, there is provided a method for fine particle agglomeration, the method including: an initial fine particle measuring step of generating fine particle measurement data including a pollution level of fine particles in a purification region and outputting the data to a sound source converting unit, by a fine particle measuring unit; a low frequency and sound pressure data extracting step of extracting a low frequency and sound pressure of a low frequency sound source stored in a storage to be used for agglomeration of fine particles, based on the fine particle measurement data, by the sound source converting unit; a sound source converting step of converting an output sound source into the low frequency sound source such that the low frequency sound source has the extracted low frequency and sound pressure data, by the sound source converting unit; and a fine particle agglomeration performing step of causing fine particles to agglomerate by receiving the low frequency sound source and outputting the low frequency sound source as a low frequency sound wave for agglomeration of fine particles, by a low frequency sound wave generating unit.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a two-vane pump for wastewater and a design method of a two-vane pump for wastewater using machine learning, and more particularly, a design method of a two-vane pump using machine learning capable of having efficiency of a target head and performing optimal design for sizes of solids that can pass through and a two-vane pump for wastewater according to the machine learning. According to the present disclosure, there is provided a design method of two-vane pump for wastewater using machine learning, including: a) setting an objective function; b) setting design variables of the impeller and volute for deriving the set objective function and a range of each design variable; c) deriving a plurality of experimental points including values of the design variables within the range of the design variable; d) generating an input value by calculating the value of the objective function through numerical analysis of each of the derived experimental points; e) constructing a surrogate model through machine learning for the input value; and f) deriving an optimal design of the two-vane pump for wastewater from the constructed surrogate model.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method manufacturing a melt-spun nonwoven fabric and a microfiber nonwoven web manufactured therefrom The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a melt-spun nonwoven fabric, in which fibers obtained by melt-spinning a thermoplastic polymer through a spinning nozzle including at least one nozzle hole are collected by high-speed air stream, wherein the melt-spun fibers are subjected to momentary local heating at a high temperature higher than a spinning temperature while same are caused to pass through a nozzle local heating provided directly under the spinning nozzle during spinning, so that the method can lower the melt flow index and spinline elongation viscosity of a thermoplastic resin discharged from the nozzle hole without reducing a molecular weight, thereby providing a microfiber nonwoven web formed by finely thin fibers, compared to the conventional spun-bond nonwoven fabric.
