摘要: The invention relates to a textile sheet product. According to the invention, said textile sheet product is characterized by a plurality of coating elements, which are arranged on a surface of a textile substrate layer of the sheet product in such a way that only part of the surface of the substrate layer is covered by the coating elements. The coating elements are made of a material that substantially is a mixture of a polymer material, preferably a prepolymer that can be crosslinked to form a thermoset, and a filler in the form of inorganic and/or metal particles. In a method according to the invention for producing a textile sheet product, a textile substrate layer and a coating material are provided. In order to form coating elements, a plurality of portions of the coating material are applied to a surface of the substrate layer. The portions of the coating material are arranged on the surface in such a way that the portions do not overlap, and only part of the surface of the substrate layer is covered by the coating material. Subsequently, the coating material is fixed, whereby a plurality of solid coating elements is formed on the substrate layer.

摘要: A laminar velour knitted fabric is disclosed, which has an top side and a bottom side, the top side including a pile and the bottom side including a knitted fabric of at least one pile material and a base material. The at least one pile material in the knitted fabric is formed as at least one pile yarn and the base material in the knitted fabric is formed as at least one base yarn. Further, the pile includes the at least one pile material. The at least one pile material of the pile has individual fibrils with a fineness of at most 2 dtex per fibril.

摘要: A method is provided for the application of a finishing layer to a textile support material. A water repellent or oil repellent layer, a so-called finishing layer, is applied to a textile support material selected from the group of fibers, tissues and fabrics. The water repellent or oil repellent finishing layer comprises at least two water repellent or oil repellent components wherein a first component comprises one or more dispersants and a second component comprises one or more dispersed phases or colloids, and wherein the dispersant and the dispersed phase are present in the gel state. Additionally, textile articles are proved having the novel water repellent or oil repellent finishing layer which are equal on a high level or even superior with respect to their functional properties to products prepared according to known finishing methods and at the same time allow a complete or partial substitution of the health and environmentally hazardous standard chemicals employed nowadays by novel compounds which have not been used to date.

摘要: The aim of the invention is to produce a textile surface (1), one side of which exhibits hydrophilic properties and the other side hydrophobic properties, whose overall cross-section is hydrophilic. To achieve this, a paste (11) consisting of a viscous emulsion or dispersion of paraffin, polysiloxane and/or fluorine compounds is applied to one side. The layer that has been formed by the first paste (11) is then stabilised by means of a drying process (4) and a second paste (12), consisting of a hydrophilic polymer is subsequently applied to the other side of the textile surface (1), said paste being stabilised by an additional drying process (5). Said steps provide a textile surface (1), which can be produced simply and cost-effectively, is extremely comfortable to wear and which ensures that moisture is immediately absorbed on the hydrophilic side, dispersed over a large area and rapidly removed, whereas the hydrophobic side of said textile surface (1) repels water.
