The seat support having an elongate main body and including an interface portion having second alternating protrusions and recesses. The second protrusions are spaced apart by the same spacing distance as the first protrusions. The seat support includes first and second bracing members and a locking arrangement. The locking arrangement configured to restrain the longitudinal movement of the seat support when engaged.

The slide lock mechanism includes a locking member and an operating member; the locking member includes a first biasing member that maintains the slide lock state of the locking member in an elastically biasing manner; the operating member includes a second biasing member to bias the operating member to an initial position in which an operation of the operating member is not started; a biasing force of the first biasing member is set larger than that of the second biasing member; and a clearance is set for the operating member between the initial position and an operation position in which the release control force is applied thereto against the biasing forces of the first biasing member and the second biasing member so that the slide lock state of the locking member is released.

摘要： A vehicular seat slide device is provided with a lower rail, an upper rail, a lock member, a memory piece, a memory link, a slide member, and a stopper member. The memory piece is engaged with the upper rail and the lower rail. The memory link releases the lock member and the memory piece with urging force of a memory link urging member, and pivots in a releasing direction to press the lock member in a pivot direction and press the memory piece against the urging force of the memory piece urging member. The slide member releases the memory link with urging force of a slider urging member, and presses the memory link in the release direction by moving as a seat back is collapsed forward. After the seatback is collapsed forward and the upper rail is moved in a seat-rearward direction, the stopper member contacts the memory piece.

A locking device is mounted on the leg unit such that the locking device is connected to both the sliding rail and the lifting device and allows either sliding movement of the leg unit along the sliding rail or upward and downward movement of the lifting device.
