    摘要: A vibrating plate for compacting soil comprises an upper mass; a lower mass, which is elastically coupled to the upper mass and which has at least one soil contact plate, and; a vibration generator device that acts upon the soil contact plate. The vibration generator device comprises at least four unbalanced masses that can each be rotationally driven about a rotation axis, the rotation axis of at least two of the unbalanced masses being arranged at an angle to the rotation axes of the other unbalanced masses. One of the unbalanced masses depicts a reference unbalanced mass that does not require its own phase adjusting device. On the other hand, a separate phase adjusting device is assigned to each of the other unbalanced masses, enabling the phase position of these unbalanced masses to be individually adjusted with regard to the reference unbalanced mass.

    摘要: A vibrator for a ground compaction apparatus includes two parallel shafts which are coupled to one another be rotatable in opposite directions and on each of which is at least one unbalanced mass is disposed. A phase adjusting mechanism is used for modifying the phase angle of the two unbalanced masses relative to each other. In order to do so, the actual phase angle of the two unbalanced masses is detected with the help of proximity sensors or the like. A regulating device compares the actual phase angle with a desired phase angle that is predefined by the operator and controls the phase adjusting mechanism in such a way that the difference between the actual phase angle and the desired phase angle is minimal.

    摘要: A vibratory exciter apparatus can be interchangeably connected to a variety of diverse vibratory compaction and other earth-working vibratory tools and includes a vibration-isolating connection link to tool carriers of varying sizes. A vibratory exciter housing is isolated from the connector link and from the carrying tool to which the link is attached by a primary elastomer isolator group which is, in turn, protected from damaging overload in a vertical downward direction by a secondary elastomeric isolator sheet and from damaging vertical load in an upward direction by a tertiary elastomeric isolator sheet. The connecting link utilizes adjustable bushing assemblies to accommodate dimensional differences from one boom manufacturer to another. The vibratory exciter unit includes heat-reducing shrouds for the rotary eccentric weights.

    摘要: The invention relates to steerable vibration plates that are set vibrating by rotating unbalanced masses. By twisting the unbalanced masses relative to one another the resulting forces and their direction of action can be changed, thereby influencing the travel speed of the vibrating plate and its direction of travel. The inventive vibration plate is characterized in that the unbalanced masses disposed on a common shaft can be adjusted independent of external forces and torques since the adjustment piston adjusting the unbalanced masses is braced in the adjustment cylinder to a much higher degree than would be possible with conventional coil springs. To this end, every adjustable unbalanced mass is associated with a double-action hydraulic cylinder that comprises two liquid chambers. The connection of said chambers to a storage and a pump can be locked in order to fix the piston which can be adjusted within the hydraulic cylinder.

    摘要: A working tool, in particular a soil rammer or a hammer, has two masses that may be linearly moved back and forth with respect to one another, namely a top mass which comprises a driving motor and a ramming or striking working mass which can be moved by the motor relative to the top mass by means of a crank drive and a set of springs. In order to reduce as much as possible the displacement of the top mass, an additional counterweight can be moved by the motor over at least a large part of the path of displacement of the working mass in the opposite direction thereto. The displacement of the end of the set of springs linked to the crank drive and the displacement of the counterweight are preferably offset relative to one another, with respect to the crank angle, by 180° minus a phase shift derived from the construction parameters of the set of springs.
