    摘要: A burner module for delivering a flow of chemical reactants to a combustion site of a chemical vapor deposition process includes a plurality of substantially planar layers. The substantially planar layers are arranged in a generally parallel and fixed relationship and define an inlet, an outlet and a passage fluidly connecting the inlet and outlet. At least one of the layers is a distribution layer having a plurality of apertures therethrough and fluidly communicating with the passage. The plurality of apertures collectively define a non-uniform pattern arranged and configured to improve the uniformity of a flow out through the outlet. Burner adapter and assembly embodiments are also included.

    摘要: Disclosed is a device and a method for maintaining and operating a flame. The device has a burner, a burner attachment having an outlet geometry, wherein on a side of the burner attachment facing away from the burner, an anode is provided on one side of the outlet geometry of the burner attachment. A dielectric is provided on the other side of the outlet geometry, wherein a cathode is located in the dielectric. The device and method: do not require continuous flame monitoring; positively influence the deposition behavior of layer-forming components of the fuel gas flame; and reduce the thermal impact of the burner and the operating costs thereof.

The invention further relates to a device for carrying out such a method and a black carbon having a maximum pH value of 6.0, a maximum ignition residue of 0.1 percent, and a maximum 5 μm screening refuse of 200 ppm.
