Abstract: A camera module is provided, including a prism base, a prism driving mechanism, a prism unit, a lens unit, and an image sensor. The lens unit is disposed on the lens driving mechanism. The prism base includes a metal member, at least one first wiring layer, and a first insulation layer disposed between the metal member and the first wiring layer. The prism driving mechanism is electrically connected to the first wiring layer. The prism unit is connected to the prism driving mechanism, and the prism driving mechanism can drive the prism unit to rotate relative to the prism base. The image sensor can catch the light reflected by the prism unit and passing through the lens unit.

The context includes information selected from: a geographic location of the camera, a direction in which the camera is pointed, a position of the user, a time at which the camera is being used by the user, and an identification of object(s) in an image being processed by the camera. Based on the context of the camera, it is determined that the usage of the camera by the user is likely to cause a danger to the user or to another person. Based on the usage of the camera being likely to cause the danger, a functionality of the camera is disabled or a notification about the danger is sent to one or more persons.

Abstract: Techniques for proving digital photograph authorship using ECG biometrics are described. Electrodes are located on the exterior of a digital camera and are electrically coupled to an ECG circuit. When a photographer holds the camera with both hands, the electrodes detect electrical voltages from the photographer's hands and the ECG circuit produces a digital ECG signal. When the photographer uses the digital camera to capture a photograph, the camera's stenographic engine uses a stenographic key to embedded the ECG signal into the raw image file, producing a watermarked image. The camera's cryptographic engine uses a cryptographic key to encrypt the watermarked image to produce an encrypted image. If a dispute arises regarding authorship of the photograph, the stenographic and cryptographic engines convert the encrypted image into the raw image file and the photographer's ECG signals, which are compared to the ECG signals of the disputed author(s).
