An air-impermeable top wall can be joined with an air-impermeable bottom wall to define a plurality of chambers. Each of the chambers can include a peripheral edge that extends around the periphery of the respective chamber. The plurality of chambers can include a first shoulder chamber, a second shoulder chamber, and a main chamber.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a medical chair backrest sliding structure and, more specifically, to a medical chair backrest sliding structure, which allows a sensitive procedure such as plastic surgery to be carried out stably by enabling the backrest to move, when adjusting the angle of a backrest, in the vertical direction, in a state in which the backrest makes contact with the back of a patient, such that even if the angle of the backrest is adjusted the movement of the patient is prevented. To achieve the above mentioned objective, the present invention relates to the medical chair backrest sliding structure comprising: a backrest hinge-coupled with a seat plate; a chair leg-portion provided to a lower part of the seat plate; and an angle adjustment portion for adjusting the angle of the backrest, wherein the back part of the backrest comprises a backrest frame hinge-coupled to the seat plate, the backrest moves vertically along the backrest frame, the backrest frame includes one pair of LM guides, and an LM block, which moves along the LM guides, is provided on a rear surface of the backrest.

    摘要: A medical support pillow for facilitating tracheal intubation on obese patient comprises a base section, an upper pad, a left arm rest, and a right arm rest. The base section comprises a head section, a back section, and an indentation. The head section and the back section are connected to each other, and the indentation is positioned in between the head section and the back section. The upper pad is positioned within the head section and it can be rotated within the head section. An obese patient is able to position his or her head and neck within the head section and the indentation. Positioning of the medical support pillow allows easy ventilation and intubation on an obese patient as it effectively raises the patient's head and neck above the chest and creates the head in fully stable extension position.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method and apparatus for manipulating a shoulder joint, by independently manipulating the upper arm in two directions. One direction is “longitudinal”, wherein the upper arm moves substantially along its longitudinal axis. The second is “lateral”, in which the upper arm moves laterally from a first to a second position, with the second position being spaced apart from the first and such that the longitudinal axes of the upper arm in the two positions are substantially parallel. The apparatus is adjustable, but includes two parts stationary during use; an elongate yet platelike “upper arm supporting plate” configured to be situated under the upper arm of the patient (extending proximate the armpit and extending proximate the elbow) and an elongate “forearm member” configured to be positioned proximate the forearm of the user when the user's arm is in position bent approximately 90 degrees. Two other elements cause controlled movement of the arm relative to the structure so the surgeon may perform the desired procedure. These inflatable bladders may be selectively inflated or deflated to provide a desired effect. These can be referenced as an “upper arm bladder” and a “forearm bladder”, although they may be also referenced as first and second bladders, although not necessarily in that order. By inflating the upper arm bladder, the upper arm is moved away from the upper arm supporting plate, causing perpendicular (a.k.a., “lateral”) force to occur to elevate the humerus perpendicularly from the glenoid to allow good clean glenoid work.
