摘要: The invention relates to an injection mold for manufacturing an injection-molded component from plastic material. The injection mold including an outer first half-mold and an outer second half-mold, which, when joined, define an empty space, which determines an outer contour of the injection-molded component, and a core, which is located in the empty space and determines an inner contour of the injection-molded component. A wire passes through the core and the joined outer first half-mold and outer second half-mold, and plural pairs of clamping jaws fix the wire in its position. A method for manufacturing an injection-molded component is also disclosed.

The stripping ring is held in a floating manner in a stripping plate, which is arranged between the die holding plate and the core holding plate; and the at least one adjustable core centring device is arranged between the core unit and the core holding plate.

The mold core comprises an inner core with a first tapered guide surface and an outer core with a second tapered guide surface. The inner core is received through a passage in the outer core. A spacer slidably supports the outer core on the inner core. The outer core is movable relative to the inner core between a molding position in which the inner and outer cores define a mold cavity with the outer molding surface, and an open position in which the outer core is extended relative to the inner core. In the molding position, the first and second tapered guide surfaces engage one another to align the inner and outer cores.
