Abstract: A shutter device includes a frame, an opening-closing portion, and a protrusion. The frame is disposed between a first heat exchanger and a second heat exchanger and defines an inner space through which air introduced from a grill opening of a vehicle flows in an airflow direction. Each of the first heat exchanger and a second heat exchanger has a core and a remaining portion other than the core. The opening-closing portion is configured to selectively open and close the inner space of the frame. The protrusion protrudes, in a direction parallel to the airflow direction, from the frame toward the remaining portion of at least one of the first heat exchanger or the second heat exchanger.

Abstract: A shutter device includes blades rotatable to interrupt an air flow therethrough, and first and second frames supporting the blades. One end of a blade in a longitudinal direction thereof includes a first support rotatably supported by the first frame, and a second support rotatably supported by the second frame. The first support and the second support are disposed along a widthwise direction of the blade. Another end of the blade in the longitudinal direction thereof includes a third support rotatably supported by the first frame, and a fourth support rotatably supported by the second frame. The third support and the fourth support are disposed along the widthwise direction of the blade.

Abstract: A cooling module applied to a vehicle having a blower arranged on a front side in a vehicle traveling direction with respect to a driving engine in a front engine compartment includes a duct having a first opening portion and a second opening portion so as to flow air flow between the first opening portion and the second opening portion. The first opening opens to the front side in the vehicle traveling direction and the second opening opens toward an object to be cooled other than the driving engine in the front engine compartment. In the duct, the air flow blown out from the blower is pushed into the first opening portion and the pushed air flow is blown out from the second opening portion to the object to be cooled.

Abstract: A shutter device for a vehicle includes a frame, a plurality of blades and a cushion member. The frame is placed between two heat exchangers. The blades are configured to open and close an inner space of the frame through rotation of the blades. The cushion member is configured to project from the frame toward an adjacent one of the one or more heat exchangers which is placed adjacent to the frame. A direction, in which the cushion member projects from the frame, is defined as a predetermined direction. The cushion member has an elastic property that a repulsive force of the cushion member exponentially changes in response to a change in an amount of shrinkage deformation of the cushion member in the predetermined direction.

Abstract: An air guiding unit has a shroud having a vent hole, an air guiding duct, and a valve housed in the air guiding duct. A radiator, an engine cooling heat exchanger, and a blower are fixed to the shroud. The shroud guides an air flowing into an engine room from an engine room opening and passing through the radiator and the engine cooling heat exchanger. The air guiding duct has a first opening, which is connected to the vent hole of the shroud, and a second opening, which is open in the engine room toward a rear space defined on a rear side of the engine. The air guiding duct therein has a duct interior channel through which the air flows between the first opening and the second opening. The valve is configured to increase and decrease an opening degree of the duct interior channel.
