摘要: A method for kier-dyeing packaged yarn in a discontinuous manner employing a chlorinated solvent as the sole fluid to evacuate the air from the kier and to heat the yarn to achieve dye fixation temperature as the principal vehicle for the dye formulation, and as the means for recovering residual solvent from the dyed yarn packages and kier. The method is practiced by subjecting a kier, which has been loaded with packages of yarn to be dyed, to an initial vacuum followed by introduction of vapors of a chlorinated solvent into the bottom of the kier until the kier is filled with such vapors and substantially all air has been evacuated, discontinuing the exhaustion under vacuum but continuing the introduction of vapors to the kier until the contents achieve the temperature of the vapors, introducing a solvent dyebath into the kier and circulating the dyebath through the kier until the dyebath is spent, removing the spent dyebath from the kier under the pressure of solvent vapors, and circulating the vapors to a heater to superheat the vapors, returning the vapors to the kier, condensing vapors in excess of those necessary to fill the kier and superheater, continuing the circulation of vapors until the solvent is substantially completely removed from the yarn in the kier. Residual solvent is removed by evacuating and purging the kier with an inert gas. Thereafter, the kier is cooled to enable removal of the yarn packages. Finally, solvent is recovered from the spent dyebath and returned to storage.

摘要: An embodiment herein provides a process for dyeing of textile materials 108 with supercritical fluid. One or more dye materials 102 along with additives (if required) are mixed with at least one suitable solvent 104 to obtain one or more dye solutions 106. A textile material 108 is pre-treated with the one or more dye solutions 106 to obtain a dye coated textile material 110. The dye-coated textile material 110 is exposed to the supercritical fluid 112 in a supercritical fluid dyeing vessel at controlled pressure and temperature. The supercritical fluid 112 solubilizes and diffuses the one or more dye materials 102 inside the surface, pores and capillaries of the textile material 108. The supercritical fluid vessel is then depressurized below supercritical condition to entrap the one or more dye materials 102 in the textile material 108 to obtain a supercritical fluid dyed textile material 114.

摘要: The present invention provides a production process characterized in that a false twisting process is added between a spinning process and a winding process so that yarn slivers undergo excessive pre-torsion in an axial direction and twists which are same in quantity but different in twisting direction are generated on the yarn slivers. Absorption of glucose-containing sulfur dyestuff is performed in a dyeing process. An ammonia removal process is performed in a high-temperature and high-pressure tank so that residual ammonia in a fabric is evaporated. The evaporated ammonia is collected and then fed back to a mercerizing process for continuous use. The present invention also provides a production line including a spinning unit having a false twisting device, a dyeing unit configured to realize the dyeing process, and a liquid ammonia finishing unit consisting of a fabric mercerizing device, an ammonia removal device, an ammonia recycling device and a controller.

摘要: A process is disclosed for the rapid, continuous and waterless dyeing of textile and plastic materials in which the dyestuff is dissolved, suspended or dispersed in a high boiling solvent, such as glycol or glycol ether, for carrying out the dyeing step per se, after which the dye textile or plastic material (after cooling if desired) is subjected to a washing with a low boiling organic liquid such as methanol or ethanol (preferably the former) or a chlorinated hydrocarbon solvent, and subsequently dried. The entire series of operations is carried out under nonaqueous or substantially nonaqueous conditions with the complete or substantially complete recovery and recycling of the used dyestuff, the used high boiling solvent, and the used low boiling organic wash liquid.

摘要: This invention relates to a device for the wet treatment and subsequent drying of a textile fabric web, in which the web passed through a treatment chamber and a liquid treatment medium which comprises at least one organic solvent is supplied from a container to the web. The web then passes through a drying chamber wherein a stream of hot air is passed through the fabric web to evaporate the treatment medium which is then passed to a recovery device adjacent the drying chamber for the recovery of organic solvent removed by the air stream. Residual treatment liquid in the container is passed from the container to an evaporator located in the drying chamber from which it is passed by the air stream to the recovery unit.
