Abstract: A vacuum pump system comprising a main vacuum pump that is connected to a chamber that is to be evacuated. An auxiliary pump is connected to an outlet of the main vacuum pump. Furthermore, a sealing gas supply device is connected to the main vacuum pump. The sealing gas supply device is switched on and off with the aid of a control device as a function of a predetermined control variable. Additionally, a method for controlling the vacuum pump system.

Abstract: Embodiments to help detect operation conditions of a compressor of a TRU in real time by a genset are disclosed. The operation conditions of the compressor can be determined by monitoring a parameter pattern of the genset, such as value changes of a horsepower, a torque, an exhaust temperature, fuel consumption and/or a RPM of a prime mover of the genset, or a current drawn from a generator of the genset, over a period of time. In one embodiment, when a scroll compressor is used in the TRU, the scroll compressor may start a periodical load/unload duty cycle when the TRU reaches its setpoint. The periodical load/unload duty cycle of the scroll compressor can be detected based on a corresponding fluctuation pattern in genset parameters. When this periodically fluctuating pattern of ECU parameters and/or current drawn is detected, the prime mover can be switched to a low operation speed.

Abstract: A power saving vacuuming pump system is based on complete-bearing-sealing and dry-large-pressure-difference root vacuuming root pumps includes an input valve at an input end of a vacuum space for receiving gas mixture of saturation water vapor and non-condensed air from a condenser of a power plant; a first root vacuum pump connected to the input valve for receiving gas mixture from the input valve and then compressing the gas mixture; a second root vacuum pump connected to the first root vacuum pump for receiving gas mixture from the first root vacuum pump and then compressing the gas mixture. Inner connection walls between the vacuum chamber and the two bearing rooms are installed respective bearings which are installed to be around the driving shaft, and thus all the vacuum chamber and the two bearing rooms are tightly sealed. The vacuum chamber is completely dried so as to prevent from internal emulsion.

Abstract: A refrigeration system includes a startup mode control module that receives an off time of a compressor and an ambient temperature, determines whether the off time and the ambient temperature indicate that the compressor is in a flooded condition, and selects, based on the determination, between a normal startup mode and a flooded startup mode. A compressor control module operates the compressor in the normal startup mode in response to the startup mode control module selecting the normal startup mode, operates the compressor in the flooded startup mode in response to the startup mode control module selecting the flooded startup mode, and transitions from the flooded startup mode to the normal startup mode after a predetermined period associated with operating in the flooded startup mode.

Abstract: In order to reduce operation in a rotation-prohibited frequency range and to prevent resonance in a gas compressor wherein inverter control is performed, this gas compressor has: a compressor main body that compresses a gas; a motor that rotationally drives the compressor main body; an inverter that changes the rotational speed of the motor; a check valve arranged downstream from the compressor main body; a pressure detection means that detects load-side pressure downstream from the check valve; and a control device that, in accordance with the pressure detected by the pressure detection means, controls the frequency output by the inverter. The control device performs a control whereby compressed gas having a prescribed pressure is generated/maintained by increasing/decreasing the frequency, and when the frequency that generates the compressed gas having the prescribed pressure includes a specific frequency, the inverter's output frequency is increased or decreased when the pressure detected by the pressure detection means reaches a pressure corresponding to a frequency that has a more constant pressure width than the prescribed pressure and does not include the specific frequency.

Abstract: A linear actuator system includes a linear actuator and an integrated pump assembly connected to the linear actuator to provide fluid to operate the linear actuator. The integrated pump assembly includes a pump with two fluid drivers, each fluid driver comprising a prime mover and a fluid displacement assembly to be driven by the prime mover such that fluid is transferred from a first port of the pump to a second port of the pump. The pump assembly also includes two valve assembles to isolate the pump from the system. The linear actuator system also includes a controller that establishes the pump in a normal mode of operation in which the prime movers are independently driven and switches to a fail-safe mode of operation in which only one prime mover is operated.
