摘要: A hydraulic system for a working machine includes a hydraulic actuator having a first fluid chamber and a second fluid chamber, an accumulator, an outputting fluid tube to output an operation fluid, and a switching valve to be switched between a first position and a second position. The first position allows the first fluid chamber and the second fluid chamber to be communicated with the outputting fluid tube and thereby allowing a floating operation. The second position allows the first fluid chamber and the accumulator to be communicated with each other, allows the second fluid chamber and the outputting fluid tube to be communicated with each other, and thereby allows an anti-vibration operation.

摘要: An electric work vehicle includes a hydraulic actuator and a pump configured to supply hydraulic fluid to the hydraulic actuator, with the pump being operable within an operating speed range extending between a minimum operating speed value and a maximum operating speed value. Furthermore, the electric work vehicle includes a sensor configured to capture data indicative of a temperature of the hydraulic fluid and a controller communicatively coupled to the sensor. As such, the controller is configured to monitor the temperature of the hydraulic fluid relative to a predetermined minimum fluid temperature as the pump is operating within the operating speed range. In addition, the controller is configured to adjust the operating speed range of the pump by increasing at least one of the minimum operating speed value or the maximum operating speed value when the monitored temperature of the hydraulic fluid falls below the predetermined minimum fluid temperature.

摘要: A hydraulic system includes a hydraulic circuit, a heater, a temperature sensor, and a controller. The hydraulic circuit includes a reservoir configured to store hydraulic fluid, a pump coupled to the reservoir, a driver positioned to drive the pump to pump the hydraulic fluid from the reservoir and throughout the hydraulic circuit, and an actuator positioned to selectively receive the hydraulic fluid from the pump to operate a controllable machine component. The driver is independent of a prime mover of the machine. The heater is positioned to facilitate selectively heating the hydraulic fluid. The temperature sensor is positioned to acquire temperature data indicative of a temperature of the hydraulic fluid. The controller is configured to monitor the temperature of the hydraulic fluid and selectively activate at least one of the heater or the pump to thermally regulate the hydraulic fluid to maintain the hydraulic fluid within a target temperature range.

摘要: A vehicle includes a chassis, a controllable vehicle component, a hydraulic circuit, a heater, a temperature sensor, and a controller. 摘要: A hydraulic actuator system of an aircraft includes a hydraulic actuator having a housing with a piston having a piston shaft with a piston head attached thereto and arranged within the housing. The piston head divides in internal volume of the housing into an extend cavity and a retract cavity and the extend cavity is configured to be connected to low pressure fluid source. The system also includes a pressure selector unit fluidly connected to the retract cavity and configured to be connected to the low pressure fluid source and to a high pressure fluid source. The unit include three solenoids with the first and second connected in parallel to the fluid sources and the third solenoid having a third solenoid first input connected to the first solenoid output, a third solenoid second input connected to the second solenoid output, and a third solenoid output connected to the retract cavity.
