摘要: A solenoid comprises first and second coils connected to an electrical power supply circuit. In a first mode of operation the power supply circuit is arranged to provide a current flowing in opposite directions through the respective first and second coils, e.g. to produce a self-heating effect. In a second mode of operation the power supply circuit is arranged to provide a current flowing in the same direction through the respective first and second coils, e.g. to generate a magnetic force. In some embodiments, the power supply circuit includes a bridge rectifier or full wave rectifier connected to a bi-directional current driver.

摘要: A drive device includes a housing forming a sump. A pump and motor are mounted on a center section having a porting system and a pair of ports with check plugs disposed therein. A bypass arm is engaged to one end of a bypass shaft external to the housing and rotates the bypass shaft to selectively cause engagement fingers to move each check plug to an open position. A housing projection is contacted by the bypass arm to selectively limit rotation thereof. The axes of rotation of a swash plate trunnion shaft, a pump input shaft and a motor output shaft may all be disposed in a single plane. The input shaft is supported by a housing bearing and an opening in the center section and is restrained from axial movement by the bearing and a thrust surface on the center section.

摘要: To provide a construction machine including a novel preheating unit that can efficiently preheat entire circulation channel where fluid flows, and a preheating method of the construction machine. A bypass channel is arranged in a circulation channel through which the fluid is circulated, this bypass channel is provided with the preheating unit that is formed of a heater and a bypass pump. According to such configuration, even in a state circulation of the fluid may stop in the circulation channel, the fluid can be heated while the fluid is circulated through the bypass channel, and therefore the entire circulation channel can be efficiently preheated. Moreover, since retrofitting to the existing circulation channel is possible, sound versatility can be exerted.

摘要: The pump has a body having a heat sink on the body underside. An extension rises from the body. A guide is provided for a piston, which together move up and down relative to the body and extension. The pump is within a tank filled with heating liquid. The heating liquid is separated (directly or indirectly) from a gas cavity with a bladder. The pump can have a coolant cavity partially bordered by a bladder that separates the heating liquid from the gas. A coolant then flows through the cavity over the top of the bladder keeping it cool and preventing bladder degradation. A high temperature liquid system maintains the temperature of the heating liquid. A coolant system maintains the temperature of the coolant. A pressure equalization system maintains balance in pressure between the heating liquid and coolant. A steam system is provided as is a control system.

The aircraft thermal management system includes a first hydraulic system for circulating a first hydraulic fluid, a second hydraulic system for circulating a second hydraulic fluid, and a third hydraulic system for circulating a third hydraulic fluid. The aircraft thermal management system also includes a controller configured to: (i) determine a temperature of the first hydraulic fluid, a temperature of the second hydraulic fluid, and a temperature of the third hydraulic fluid, and (ii) based on the determined temperature of the first hydraulic fluid, utilize the second hydraulic fluid and/or the third hydraulic fluid to modify an operational temperature of the first hydraulic fluid.

摘要: A hydraulic system (e.g., of an aircraft or other vehicle) includes a pump, a pressure line coupled to the pump and configured to distribute pressurized hydraulic fluid, and a return line configured to return hydraulic fluid to a reservoir. The hydraulic system also includes an auxiliary leakage valve coupled to the pressure line, to the return line, and to an actuator. The auxiliary leakage valve is configured to receive a control signal and, based on the control signal, selectively open a restricted fluid path. The restricted fluid path couples the pressure line to the return line to allow a restricted amount of the hydraulic fluid to flow from the pressure line to the return line.
